The Underground is a secret shop in Palia run by Zeki that only operates at night. It features many items like furniture and decor in rotation that aren’t available anywhere else. However, this is only unlocked after completing the Wares in Low Places Discovery Quest, which requires you to set out and find this secret black market.
How To Complete Wares In Low Places Quest In Palia
To complete Wares in Low Places in Palia, simply head to shore on the back side of Remembrance Garden, enter the shop, and talk to Zeki. The main objective of this quest is to find the entrance to The Underground.
I found this entrance on the shores of Remembrance Beach; it is on the stone cliff on the backside of Remembrance Garden as shown in the picture above.
There are also two more entrances to The Underground that can be unlocked after this quest. One is via a hidden door behind a bookshelf in Zeki’s General Store; completing the quest will make Zeki give you the key to this entrance. The other is from Reth’s Storeroom in the basement of Ormuu’s Horn Inn.

The Black Market Store will now also be accessible here. It not only allows you to buy certain unique wallpapers and fireworks, but also paves way for you to buy the recipe for PalTech Glove, Range Hood, and Microscope.
