To get the EXO-45 Patriot Exosuit in Helldivers 2,you need to reach level 25 in the game and purchase the Stratagem for 20,000 Requisition Slips. Once the Patriot Exosuit is purchased, you need to equip it in your loadout and call it in during missions to use this machinery.
Note: You can turn in your requisition slips in the Ship Management terminal and find the Robotic Workshop under the Stratagems tab.

How To Use EXO-45 Patriot Exosuit In Helldivers 2
To use the EXO-45 Patriot Exosuit in Helldivers 2, simply equip it during mission loadouts and call it in once the quest starts. The Stratagem code to call the Exosuit is: Left, Down, Right, Up, Left, Down, Down.
W, A, S, and D keys on your keyboard can be used to input the code in the game.
After the Patriot Exosuit drops, climb into it to control the giant mechanism. Although the mech suit will not be able to crouch or run toward enemies, it will be able to slam into small obstacles and shoot rockets to clear out infestations.
It is also equipped with a gattling gun to take out bugs but the ammo is limited. So, you need to conserve it as much as possible. If your Exosuit gets destroyed, you can call in another after a 600-second cooldown.
