CD Projekt RED is aiming to release a new patch for Cyberpunk 2077 over the next week. While no official date has been announced, the developer has stated that more information about this update will be revealed after this weekend.
CDPR announced via X that the upcoming Cyberpunk 2077 patch will focus on addressing some of the most common issues that have been reported by players.
Many players had reported that finisher animations, especially ones caused by melee finisher attacks, were not triggering after the last massive 2.1 update. The new patch will solve this issue.
While addressing some comments, CDPR also let out some other fixes that can be expected from the patch. When one fan asked whether Mr. Hands glitch (where Mr. Hands aka Wade Bleeker would get frozen and stuck in his booth) would be fixed – the developer simply replied
“that’s also a planned fix”
Another fan hoped that the developer would fix the AUTOFIXER. According to them, the vendor has been glitching. Players haven’t been able to obtain any new vehicles that were released through the Phantom Liberty expansion. The developer replied to them, saying that they are also looking into this issue.
