A new Tekken 8 demo is releasing on December 14 for PS5, and on December 21 for PC and Xbox Series X|S.
While the highly anticipated fighting game had multiple closed network tests over this year, they were limited to gaming events and tournaments. This Tekken 8 demo, on the other hand, will be open to everyone. Moreover, it has no time limit attached to it, so we assume it will be available even after the game’s launch.
This demo will be focused on single player content that Tekken 8 has to offer. Players will be able to try out the story mode’s opening chapter: The Dark Awakens. This chapter features Jin and Kazuya going up against each other. It will be the bedrock for the rest of the story that Tekken 8 will offer.
Apart from story-focused content, the Tekken 8 demo will also feature the local versus modes. Those who want to brush up their fighting game skills will have this to munch on before the official launch in a month.
Additionally, the latest Tekken 8 demo will offer Arcade Quest and Gallery, the first being a hub that players will be able to access before it becomes fully functional with the game’s launch.
Tekken 8 launches on January 26, 2024, on PS5, Xbox Series X/S, and PC.
