New Homestead
Another method of getting your hands on Beryllium in Starfield is through buying, noting that you have enough credit. In the Sol System is the moon named Titan where you will come across a place called New Homestead.
This place houses a shop where you can buy several resources including Beryllium. However, the trick here is to go and sleep for eight hours in a nearby cargo area to let the Beryllium restock so you can buy it again. Repeat this step as many times as you want to stock up all that Beryllium with you.
