Another week, and yet another installment of binge worthy TV shows and movies making their way to Netflix. So, what new and old treats is the streaming platform bringing to its viewers this week?
What are the most anticipated titles on Netflix’s roster this week?
Hannah Gadsby: Something Special – May 9
The Australian comic’s third comedy special with Netflix, Something Special promises to be different from its predecessors. It will touch upon something neither of Gadbsy’s specials have so far – romance. Talking to NPR about the show, Hannah said:
“This show, I really wanted to create a warm experience. So the three shows, you know, can be seen in sequence, and you can see someone coming out of trauma, wrestling with it and finding a – you know, a place of comfort and certainly not one that I thought was possible for me. So I think it’s worth sort of trying to show a lighter hand.”
