After completing the Orlock’s Wine Scheme quest, you will unlock the Bridge Too Far quest. The quest is a bit long but does involve many characters and a couple of twists and turns to make the storyline interesting. Completing the quest fixes the bridge to the Misty Shore biome, so the quest is pretty important. Here is a complete guide to the Bridge Too Far quest in Moonlight Peaks.
Bridge Too Far Quest In Moonlight Peaks
The bridge to the Misty Shore is locked by a spell cast by Fiona, and it’s our task to remove the spell to free the bridge.
- First, talk to Fiona Webb, the witch with silver hair, living in Moonlit Pines to kickstart the Bridge Too Far quest in the game. Here, we will learn that Fiona cast a magic spell on the bridge because of her spite for the Orlock NPC.
- Once you leave the woods and head to the town, a cutscene will trigger with Orlock. He will not be happy with the state of the bridge. Long story short, he will refuse to apologize to Fiona and head straight to The Broken Lamp bar. Head to the bar and talk to him about apologizing to Fiona, which again he will refuse to do, and then head inside The Broken Lamp.
Note: Some players have mentioned a glitch of not being able to talk to Orlock when he is outside the bar. If you are unable to talk to him, then the best option is to move around the area and reposition your location to a different angle to strike up a conversation.
- In the Broken Lamp, Orlock will finally agree to apologize to Fiona but under one condition: that you must pay for his bar tab, which amounts to around 350 coins. If you have the money, then you can pay for it out of your own pocket.
Note: If you don’t have the money, just head outside of The Broken Lamp, and you will find Mina, Orlock’s daughter, and she will hand you the money for her dad’s bar tab.
- Once you have the money, head inside The Broken Lamp and talk to the bartender, Samael, and pay Orlock’s debt.
Now, after 2 in-game days, Mina will show up at your house and give you the information about Orlock, and he will finally be ready to apologize to Fiona. In a cutscene, Orlock will deliver the apology to Fiona. After the apology, Fiona will tell us that she forgot how to remove the spell from the bridge. She will then task us to find Noel, Sabrina, and Luna to help with the spell.
You will find Noel and Sabrina inside the Town; Luna is living in the Moonlit Pines. Talk to each of them and head towards the bridge. Here, all three NPCs- Noel, Sabrina, and Luna along with Fiona, will group together and remove the spell over the bridge.
With the spell removed, we will also get an achievement: “Out of the Mist“, for lifting the curse over the Misty Shores, where you can then get started on mining Copper Ore, Dark Wood, and other key crafting materials in Moonlight Peaks
