If you wish to grow stronger in the world of Palworld 1.0, you’ll need to grind for it. Such is the case with Mimog Effigy, but acquiring it isn’t easy. If you’ve already gotten one but are unable to find more, don’t be confused, as I will tell you how the item drop works and how you can gain it to upgrade yourself.
I’ll also suggest keeping a lot of Pal Spheres on hand, as acquiring Mimog Effigy requires you to capture a lot of Pals. To make your journey even easier, you can consider getting the new Wing Pack as well. If you’re ready for the hunt, here’s a full guide on Mimog Effigy and how you can use it.
Acquiring Mimog Effigy in Palworld 1.0

The Mimog Effigy is a drop you’ll get in Palworld after catching five pals of the same species. I got my first drop after capturing five Cattiva. However, you won’t get another Mimog Effigy if you catch 10 of the same kind. The cap lock is set at five strictly. So if you wish to farm this item in the game, you’re bound to hunt for more Pals. Furthermore, it’s an automatic bonus drop, so you don’t have to spend time doing extra chores.
If you haven’t grasped the concept of capturing Pals yet, simply weaken Wild Pals with your weapons and acquire them by using Pal Spheres. Keep in mind, you’ll need higher-level Pal Spheres to keep more powerful Pals. Like regular Pal Spheres, you’ll find the higher-level variants lying around the world as well.
What Is the Use of Mimog Effigy in Palworld 1.0?

The Mimog Effigy is used to increase your Movement Speed stats. You can do so by visiting Desolate Church to use the Statue of Power. Alternatively, you can build a Statue of Power, as I did in my playthrough. To do so, you’ll have to push your base to Level 9 and build it by spending 20 Stone and 10 Paldium Fragments.
The Statue of Power is important, as you can upgrade other stats like Capture Rate, Status Resistance, and even Sphere Tracking. Moreover, it also acts as a method to upgrade your Pals by using Pal Souls. But you’ll also require a bit of gold as well, so keep that in mind.
