As you keep advancing classes in SpiritVale, you will find better gear and weapons for your class. But at the start of the game, you won’t have a lot of choices. That’s when getting a great starter weapon can make a big difference to your early game experience.
I have prepared in this article a list of best weapons for each class, what they do, and how to get them. This list will hopefully help you get a jumpstart and breeze through the early stages of the game. I have also included the stats for each weapon, so you can decide whether you wish to get this weapon for your class or not.
Best Starter Weapons (Stats & Locations) in SpiritVale

As soon as you pick your starting class, you can’t just barge in and hope for the best. You might need to do some grinding to find all the best starting weapons for your class. That includes grinding away in different locations to get them. I found that the weapons mentioned below helped quite a bit at the start and will hold down fairly well until you can advance your class later on.
Rogue
The Stiletto is a choice weapon for the Rogue class. Rogues can find this weapon very early in the game, at Lake Field. This is a level 26-30 area, so you can try this place early on to get it.
Stiletto Stats
- Attack: 20 + 2 per refine
- Multistrike: +50%
- Blade dance damage: +15%
- Attack: +1 per refine
- Move speed: +1% per refine
Warrior
The Warrior will fare well with the Skullhacker in their arsenal, and this weapon is found in Goblin Village. This is a level 46-50 area, so it might take a while to scavenge and get the Skullhacker early.
Skullhacker Stats
- Attack: 35 + 3.5 per refine
- CRIT damage: +10%
- Whirlwind damage: +15% + 2% per refine
- Whirlwind duration: -1s
- Whirlwind cooldown: -2s
Scout
Scouts will have a choice between two starter weapons in SpiritVale, depending on their fighting style. For single-target hits, go for the Oak Bow found in Bunny Woods, a level 21-25 area. For AoE and multi-target attacks, pick the Stormburst Crossbow. This weapon is located in Mystic Lake 2, a level 36-48 area.

- Attack: 20 + 2 per refine
- Range: +10
- Strafing volley damage +15%
- Attack: +1 per refine
- Attack speed: +1% per refine
Stormburst Crossbow Stats
- Attack: 20 + 2 per refine
- Range: +10
- Arrow shower damage +25%
- Arrow shower cooldown -2s
Summoner
Summoners will win a lot of fights with the Runesmasher. You can visit Mystic Lake 2 to find this weapon. This area is at levels 36-48. With this weapon, Summoners can utilize Banishment and Suppression damage that comes with a cooldown too.
Runemaster Stats
- Attack: 10 + 1 per refine
- Magic atk: 20 + 2 per refine
- Magic atk per STR: +1
- Banishment field damage: +15%
- Banishment field cooldown: -1s
- Suppression field damage: +15%
- Suppression field cooldown: -1s
Knight
For the Knight, I recommend you look out for the Relic Trident in Mystic Lake 1. This is a level 31-35 area, and once you have this weapon, you will literally be unstoppable in the early levels.

- Attack: 25 + 2.5 per refine
- DEF Pierce: +15%
- Attack range +1
- Piercing flurry damage: +50%
- Piercing flurry cooldown: -3s
- Hit: +3 per refine
Acolyte
Now comes the first set of spellcasters in the game. For Acolytes, you need to look out for the Grimoire of Blinding Light. This spell book offers Holy damage and can be found deep within Festering Woods 1. This is a level 21-25 area.

- Attack: 10 + 1 per refine
- Magic atk: 20 + 2 per refine
- Buff duration: +25%
- Splash damage: +3
- Holy Light damage: +25%

Mage
The Mage class in SpiritVale is a bit tricky to pin down just one weapon for. It all depends on your elemental preference, and there are two staffs and 6 grimoires to choose from.

- Magic atk: +25 + 2.5 per refine

- Fireball Damage: +15% + 2% per refine

Staff of Eternis Stats
- Location: Night Garden (level 126 – 130)
- Attack: +20 + 2 per refine
- Magic atk: +40 + 4 per refine
- Cast Spd: +15%
- Magic atk: +1% per refine

- Max MP recovered per second: +1%

- Magic atk: +100% (100% cap)
- Staff attack range: +10%
- With auto attack, gain a 10% chance to Cast Ready for 5 seconds.

Grimoire Blink Step
- Location: Crafted by Mage Master
- Blink Range: +5
- When casting Blink, gain Flow for 2 seconds.
- Move Spd: +25%
- Duration: 2 seconds
Grimoire Pulse Law
- Location: Crafted by Mage Master
- MP: +20%
- With single-target magic, recover 10% mana per kill.
Grimoire Frosted Glass
- Location: Crafted by Mage Master

- Status effect: Burning drains HP over time; drains 3% HP per second. Stackable and lasts 5 seconds.
