Silent Hill is one of the few franchises that make sure to keep a steady doze of puzzles across the game, as a break from the unrelenting horror that precedes and succeeds it. Slilent Hill Townfall, the latest entry in this series is no different, and has it’s share of puzzles that keep you scratching your head.
When you enter the Clinic, you will find three strange scale machines in a room full of boxes. This leads to a completely new puzzle that we solve to get to the next section. In this guide, I will help you figure out what exactly you need to have to get the scales working.
Clinic Scales Puzzle Solution
Here in the Clinic, we will find three scales with an empty bowl on top. You can easily tell that we need to put something on the top of the scales to activate them. The question is: what exactly do we need to get the scales working? For this specific section, we will need:
- Zoe’s Lanyard Access ID Card
- Prescription Dosage Error Note
- Broken Stethoscope
Getting Zoe’s Lanyard Access ID Card
First, head to Zoe’s, west of Town Square, southwest of St. Amelia Park. Head inside to find a white locked box with the label Human Organ in Transit. The box will have two separate locks on both sides; each one will require three specific number inputs.
- Left Panel: 9 – 5-6
- Right Panel: 1-3-3
After opening the box, you will find Zoe’s Lanyard Access ID for Zoe Ellies, for the Shorefront Family Clinic. From the ID, we will learn the following information about Zoe.
- Access ID – UHS Shorefront Family Clinic
- Name– Zoe Ellies
- Expiry Date– 3rd March 2002
- Role – District Nurse.
Getting Prescription Dosage Error Note
Now head over to the pharmacy located on Main Street, east of the Town Square. Inside the Pharmacy, you will find blue lockers, but one of them will be more rusted than the other; you can easily tell by looking at it; it’s the one in the middle. Interact with the rusted locker, and you will be asked to input a code; add 6 – 5 – 3- 9 to open the locker.
Once the locker opens up, you will find a Prescription Dosage Error Note. Basically, the note will talk about contacting Zoe to get confirmation on the dosage amount.
Getting Broken Stethoscope
Head over to Jess’s in the Farrow Street Parking, north of the Town Square. Head into the bedroom in the house, and you will find a Broken Stethoscope sitting on the bed, on top of the red mattress. It’s just a regular old stethoscope, but the tubing has been cut off.
Now that we have all three items, head over to the Shorefront Family Clinic. Get inside, move forward, and take a right turn to be in the room with boxes. Here you will find three different scale machines sitting on the boxes. You need to put the items we have collected so far on all three scales here:
- Left Scale: Broken Stethoscope
- Middle Scale: Prescription Dosage Error Note
- Right Scale: Zoe’s Lanyard Access ID
