Dungeons are the best place to find extra rewards such as Tarstones, Sidearms, weapons, and health-related upgrades. Despite having more than 30 dungeons in the base game, none of them are tagged as missable. The new Mortal Shell 2: Rotten Autumn update added 15 brand new dungeons to the game. Totalling the overall dungeons in the game from 36 to 51. Some of these dungeons follow the common layout, while others are very special as they bring something new to the table.
For this guide, I will focus only on the new dungeons part of the Mortal Shell 2: Rotten Autumn update. Here I will give details for all 15 dungeons, including their location details for each one of them.

Out of all 15, Not the Sheep Dungeon is the most unique dungeon part of the Rotten Autumn update, which requires its own set of steps to hunt and complete, but the rest follow the standard search format. Some dungeons are tied to the Night settings, where you can only gain access to the dungeon at night; others can be accessible without it.
Troubadour’s Reprise (Night Mode)

The very first dungeon for the Rotten Autumn update is found in the northwest of One Legged Wolf Beacon. Once you reach the spot marked on the map, you will find a route leading underground that is blocked by a mist-like cloud. In order to proceed, remove the mist from the route; you will need to equip Troubadour’s Lute, a sidearm weapon, and play a tune. Just play a few notes on the lute, and the mist covering the hole on the ground will vanish, revealing the route inside.
Primeval Dungeon

Travel to Gloomshade Grove Beacon and head north from the beacon point to get to the Primeval Dungeon. One fun note about this dungeon is its isometric perspective; if you have a fondness for ARPG-style games, you’re definitely going to love the look of this dungeon.
Obscured Market (Night Mode)

We are going from the same Gloomshade Grove beacon, but instead of heading north, we will move west from the spot. The triangle icon on the map shows the location for the Obscured Market. The route here is a bit long, but keep sticking to the west of the beacon, and eventually you are going to come across the dungeon.
Shrouded Mire

Here, we are going to start our journey at the Outskirts of Nochte Beacon. Heading a bit north from the beacon, we will find the Shrouded Mire Ghost Beacon. You will find the dungeon in the swamp area called “The Hag’s Path.”
The Corridors

From the Nochtean Gate Beacon, head north to find the Corridors dungeon. The area contains a lot of loot, including Tooth of Nochte. You can sell this item to any vendor for 750 coins.
The Sideway (Night Mode)

Travel to the High Lord’s Courtyard Beacon, then circle the beacon to find the entrance to the Sideway dungeon. Interact with the empty brazier around rock formation, next to the lit candles.
Ankle’s Bane

From the Gate of Mammon Beacon, turn right, and you will find the Ankle’s Bane dungeon. Just from the beacon, take the stairs to the upper floor, and you will find the dungeon entrance. One notable aspect of the dungeon is that it will be filled with bear traps; consider using a ranged weapon to disarm the traps the old-fashioned way. The dungeon also contains a “Waning Stone Tarstone“, with the starting effect “Sidearm consumes less Resolve but deals less damage”.
Veiled Tower (Night Mode)

We are going to be using the same old Gate of Mammon Beacon, just like the last one, but instead of heading east, we will start our venture to the north of the beacon point. One thing to note: you must travel at night, as this dungeon, like many on the list, is tied to Night Mode.
Well of Knowledge (Night Mode)

Travel to the Gate of Infinity Beacon, then start heading north to find the Well of Knowledge dungeon. This brand new dungeon is also tied to Night Mode. Keep moving north of the Gate of Infinity Beacon until you are in the “Vestige of Infinity “area. Once you are in the spot, head to the elevator room, and you will find the spot for the dungeon through the crack in the wall.
Buried Library

From the Silent Steps Beacon, head to the south of the beacon to find the Buried Library Dungeon. The dungeon contains a “Channeler’s Stone Tarstone“; its starting effect is “Damaging an enemy with a Sidearm regenerates Resolve proportional to the damage dealt,” which can be very useful in combat. This dungeon is explorable via an isometric perspective, as in classic ARPG games; this will also affect the combat mechanics.
Secret Alcove (Night Mode)

We are going to start from the same beacon, Silent Steps, but this time we are going to move southeast from the beacon point to get to the Secret Alcove Ghost Beacon. Remember to travel to the area at night.
Concealed Lookout (Night Mode)

Travel to Sester’s Gate Beacon, and start heading northwest from the location to find the Concealed Lookout Ghost Beacon point. This one is tied to the Night Mode, so you must get to the ghost beacon at night. Just turn around from the beacon, take the stairs to the upper region, turn left, and you will find the Ghost Beacon on the right.
Icebound Chamber (Night Mode)

Head through the Cleansed Gate behind the Sester’s Gate Beacon, the same beacon we used for the previous dungeon “Concealed Lookout“. Head through the Cleansed Gate, follow the route, and it will lead you to “Valley of the Revered“; now head through the small doorway on the left, as marked on the image above, and you will be on the route to the Icebound Chamber dungeon.
Not The Sheep Dungeon

Head to the Sunken Village, Gutted Mire, and have the Sheephead Totem as an active item. Turn around from the beacon, take the wooden bridge, then jump down on the left and head to the spot marked on the image above.
Sheephead Totem: Defeat the Wandering Shepherd in the Sunken Village to get this item.

Follow the path until you come across a small hole in the rock to your right, as seen in the image above. Transform into a sheep, crawl through the gap, and press the button shown on the screen to Graze to get teleported into Not The Sheep Dungeon.
Neglected Ward (Night Mode)

Get to Hangman’s Scaffold in Prisoner’s Domain, then take the small wooden stairs immediately to the right of the beacon. Follow the route until you come across a pile of boxes and dead bodies. Now take the stairs, as marked with the yellow arrow marker on the image above.

Soon, you will reach an open area, with another set of stairs directly in front, take the stairs and the route will lead you to the entrance of the dungeon.
