The Halloween Night of Illusions Puzzles and Solutions event in Marvel Rivals is quite a change from its usual gameplay. There are five puzzles in this event, where you have to find clues that point you towards the ‘correct answer’ for each room. It essentially works like an escape room, so you have to find everything before you can solve the mystery. Here, I will show you all the clues in each room and what the solution is as well.

In every chapter, you need to find all the clues first. Afterwards, you need to select the correct answer. All the clues will be marked in the images below.
Chapter 1 Halloween Night of Illusions Puzzle and Solution For Marvel Rivals
Solution: Blue Candy
- First, click the Red Vial (marked with the number 1 in the image, on top of the tray). There will be no other clues available for now.
- Afterwards, click on Deadpool and submit the only item in your inventory. This will lead to an ‘Escape Failed’ screen, but do not worry; this is part of the solution.
- After you load back into the room, the rest of the sparkles will appear. Click every sparkling clue. If you cannot find them all, you can refer to the image above, where all the shining items are marked with a red circle.
- Note: The red vial will not be a part of the shining clues after you load in for the second time.
Once you have selected all the clues, click on Deadpool and submit the Blue Candy as the right answer.

Chapter 2 Halloween Night of Illusions Puzzle and Solution For Marvel Rivals
Solution: 1982
- Click all the glowing marks that are first available to you (marked with red circles labeled ‘1’).
- Afterwards, three glowing marks will appear on Rocket Raccoon (labeled 2).
- Now, click the shining mark that appears on his chest ‘Trash’ logo (labeled 3).
- Finally, the paper on the ground will glow again (marked with double red circles). Click it to reveal the solution to the room.
Now, you can click on the keypad on the door and enter the code 1982 to finish the puzzle and escape.

Chapter 3 Halloween Night of Illusions Puzzle and Solution For Marvel Rivals
- First, click all the clues marked with red circles.
- Then, click the unlit lantern in the center of the screen (marked with double yellow circles). This will reveal the rest of the wisps around the screen to be clues as well.
- Click the rest of the yellow circles, and after you are done, click the lantern again.
- Once you have clicked all the red and yellow circles, the blue circle should also be revealed to be a clue. Click this to receive a character clue.
- Click the green circle and submit the ‘Bone Pins’ item to receive the final blueprint.
- Finally, click the purple circle to finish the puzzle. This will unveil another puzzle you need to solve. The solution for this is as follows:
Assume the puzzle is a keypad with squares labeled as above. Press the following squares in order:
- 5
- 2
- 3
- 6
- 5
- 4
- 1
- 2
- 3
- 6

Chapter 4 Halloween Night of Illusions Puzzle and Solution For Marvel Rivals
- Firstly, select all the sparkling clues inside the yellow circles.
- Afterwards, the light blue circles on Blade will also start glowing. Click these.
- Finally, click the dark blue circle on his belt, which will have the final character clue.
Now, the sword will glow (location with the green circle). Click here to open the ritual page. Insert the following items, and rotate the dials until the final page looks like the image below:
- Floating Candleabra
- Rusted Cross
- Arcane Fragment
- Blood Moon Orb

Chapter 5 Halloween Night of Illusions Puzzle and Solution For Marvel Rivals
- First, select the three red circles to unlock another clue on the chin of the character (marked in an orange circle).
- Now, select all the clues marked with yellow circles. However, be careful with the pages on the ground. You must enter the correct answer for the corresponding pages. I have written the names you should submit for each file below (the number corresponds to the image above):
- 1: Trash Panda
- 2: Vampire King
- 3: Skele-Saurus
- 4: Nurse-Pool
- After all the yellow circles are finished, click the ‘4’ inside the black circle, which will now be sparkling.
- Now, click the orb marked with the blue circle. Submit the following items here:
- Hunting Rifle
- Blade’s Blessing
- Bone Bullet
- Welding Torch
This will complete the Hunting Rifle; click the shining area within the green circle to start a quick-time event mini-game. You must press the fire button when the marker is over the yellow zone. Repeat this three times to complete the puzzle and escape.
Do not worry. Even if you fail, you only have to repeat the quick-time event mini-game, not the whole room.
