Although spoilers and raw scans, trustworthy they may seem, aren’t officially confirmed until the chapter is released by Shueisha, the information from text-based leaks is corroborated by the raw scans.
The intriguing One Piece chapter 1084 has Im-sama supposedly confronting Nefertari Cobra while having a conversation with the Gorosei. This action is particularly startling because by occupying the Empty Throne, he declares himself to be the legitimate head of the World Government. Cobra probably became a target for assassination by the World Government at this point.

The opening raw scans of One Piece chapter 1084 centre on Sabo, who is still navigating Pangaea Castle while battling the fortress’s guardians. After he takes out one bunch of foes, Jewellery Bonney emerges out of nowhere, and the two start moving through the castle together.
As they run, one of Karasu’s crows appears next to them and says something that seems to shock Sabo. The crow is then depicted holding a ring of keys in its jaws, potentially indicating that Kuma has already been set free or will do so soon. When Sabo hears some attackers approaching, he takes Bonney and hides on one of the ornate arches in the hall.
The two are later seen talking about something after coming down from the rafters. One Piece chapter 1084 shifts the emphasis from them for a short while to the Empty Throne room, where Cobra Nefertari is having a conference with the Gorosei. The usage of the numerals “800” and “20” in his dialogue suggests that he is speaking with them about some part of the Void Century and the creation of the World Government.

Cobra appears to be talking about a former Queen of Alabasta, which would seem to support the details revealed in text-based leaks from earlier in the week. The Gorosei don’t appear to have any reactions to this subject, but Cobra seems to be getting sterner and sterner as they talk.

Im-sama has been listening in on this talk from the Room of Flowers, it is then revealed. In the meantime, Cobra brings out the letter “D,” which causes most of the Gorosei to applaud. The focus of One Piece chapter 1084 then moves to the Reverie, where Saint Charlos is attempting to kidnap Shirahoshi once more.
Charlos is obviously being advised not to do this by other Celestial Dragons, but he doesn’t appear to pay attention. Then, furiously rushing to the scene, Shirahoshi’s brother Fukaboshi appears, obviously determined to reclaim his sister. He rushes Charlos, which causes Kuma to shoot a laser at him. He and Shirahoshi are fortunately able to move out of the way in time.

Then, as Rebecca, Leo of the Tontatta Tribe, and Sai of the Happo Navy look on, Fukaboshi keeps rushing Charlos. Saint Donquixote Mjosgard, a close friend of the Neptune royal family, intervenes between Fukaboshi and Charlos in order to prevent the former from making a mistake.
Meanwhile, Charlos is attacked by both Leo and Sai, which gives Morley the chance to save Kuma. Shirahoshi is now safe, but while he does this, he makes himself known to the others, generating a commotion. Im-sama is currently making her way up the stairs to the Empty Throne as One Piece chapter 1084 returns to the Empty Throne room.

The Gorosei and Cobra, who both have scared looks on their faces, observe this in silence. The issue concludes with Im-sama appearing to address Cobra personally while seated on the Empty Throne. The announcement of a series break for next week unfortunately marks the end of the chapter.
One Piece chapter 1084 appears to be a really thrilling continuation of the Reverie flashback, presuming the raw scans are verified as accurate upon the issue’s official release. It is unfortunate that the next issue will have a one-week gap, but once it is officially released, fans will definitely see that the wait was worthwhile.
