After waiting for nearly two weeks, Solo Leveling Episode 8 is all set to premiere this Sunday. Ahead of the episode’s release, we have a preview released by A-1 Picture as a teaser.
Solo Leveling Episode 8 Will See Lee Joo Hee Return And Other S-Rank Hunters
The previous episode of Solo Leveling saw Sung Jin Woo entering a special dungeon after doing some extra training. Inside the dungeon, he came across a monster that nearly killed him. However, upon defeating the monster, Jin Woo received the formula for the Elixir of Life. To collect the ingredients, he must enter the Demon Castle.
But from his experience with the three-headed monster, Jin Woo is far from ready to face such a quest and thus, he decides to train and level up more instead. Now, that Jin Woo has decided to level up instead of going inside the demon castle, Solo Leveling Episode 8 will see him go to lower-level dungeons and the preview also hints at it.
As per the preview, Solo Leveling Episode 8 will be titled “This is Frustrating”. It depicts Sung Jin Woo being called by Hunter’s guild, most likely to ask him to go on a D-rank quest. The preview also sees Lee Joo Hee being invited to the same as well and since she is present, we might see her talking to Jin Woo again.
While it is not confirmed from the preview, it is easy to comprehend that Lee Joo Hee and Jin Woo might go on this quest together. Unfortunately, they might also be accompanied by another employee from Hunter’s guild who is keen not to be on good terms with our protagonist.

The episode will dive into more story development as well due to the confirmed appearance of not one but two S-Rank hunters from the preview. Hunter Guild’s master Jong-In Choi and Whiter Tiger Guild’s master Yoon-Ho Baek will probably be meeting each other, but the purpose of the meeting remains unclear.
From the preview, it is evident that Solo Leveling Episode 8 will be more about the world building and introducing new characters to set the foundation for the inevitable season finale.
