Steal an Egg! puts you through many biomes, and it holds many secrets. One of the secrets is a vault, but you will not get inside right away; you must find 5 different parts. While the game does hand out a clue, it’s up to you to explore all the biomes in the area, leaving no stone unturned to get the parts needed for the vault.
It can get a bit confusing to pinpoint the location of the parts, so here in this guide, I will help you locate all 5 parts needed to unlock the vault and the reward that unlocks at the end. The secret here runs for 7 days, so don’t worry about the timer; you have plenty of time to get all 5 parts and complete the entire secret.
Steal An Egg! – All Drone / Vault Parts Locations
Head over to the Abyss Ocean biome, found sandwiched between Prehistoric and Volcano biomes. Once you are in the biome, head through the tiny hole on the right, as shown in the image above. Here, talk to the bunny named “Escaped Experiment ” to pop open the screen of the Stolen Experiment Vault. We get a description saying the vault is damaged but, more importantly, it’s missing 5 different parts. The only clue we have is where to find these parts: the first two parts (Lost Parts) are found in biomes, and the rest are dropped by Dr. Scramble’s Drones.
Biome Parts
We are looking for two biome parts; both of them are found in the biomes next to the Abyss Ocean.
- Lost Part #1: Found behind the T-Rex’s head inside the Prehistoric Biome.
- Lost Part #2: Found in the tiny volcano, next to the wall in the Volcano Biome.
Dr. Scramble Drone Parts
Every 30 minutes, the game spawns “Dr. Scramble Experiment” drones; they are floating, round-shaped drones that spawn near the egg in different biomes. Defeat the drones to get a part for the vault. Each of these drones will have 5 HP and drop Samples when they die. This is going to be a grind, as it’s completely RNG which robot drops the part. You can take a look at the image above to get an idea of the drone parts and what they actually look like when they get dropped from the robots.
After acquiring all 5 parts (x2 Lost parts and x3 Drone Parts), head back to the Escaped Experiment found in Abyss Ocean and hit Claim under the Stolen Experiment Vault window to unlock the Scrambler in the game.
