Castlevania: Belmont’s Curse is littered with secret costumes and weapons (Cestus Weapon) hidden away from the player. The Warrior Clue might have a simple appearance, but it leads to one of the best boss fights in the game. While the boss fight is amazing, getting to the fight will be quite a challenging route, as you only have a cryptic message to decode to find the next clue on the line. We are tasked with finding two Warrior Clues from spirits; only then will we reveal a map that will lead us to the boss fight.
Both spirits are found in two different locations; the first one is a bit easier, and the second is in a room with dangerous platforming. In this guide, I will showcase the exact location of both Warrior Clues in the game to find the route to the boss fight against Joan of Arc in Castlevania’s Belmont Curse.
Warrior Clue #1 | Burned District, Paris Streets

The clue: “The Warrior stormed the tower . . . we trapped her atop . . . but then the flames . . . took us . . .”
Get to the Burned District in the Paris Streets; you will find a floating spirit figurine on top of the bridge. Talk to her, and she will tell you the story of Warrior storming the tower, trapped atop. Once you talk to her, the tarot cards will be glowing, and you will get the first clue. Obtaining the first clue also kicks off the Warrior Tarot quest in Castlevania Belmont’s Curse.
Warrior Clue #2 | Upper Tower, Paris Streets

The Clue: ” . . .the fire holds her . . .atop the tower . . ..pray she does not . . .find the cranes . . .inside or out . . .”
Get to the point marked on the map above. Prepare to handle some platforming, as the wall and the ceiling will be filled with spikes; the only trusty friend you have is your Arcane Whip. Use the whip to move to the top of the area. The route is linear and ends with a dead end, where you will find another spirit figurine, giving you the second Warrior Clue. Telling about the warrior being captured by the fire atop the tower.

This will open a map; follow the map with the Crane Hook circled. It will lead you to the boss fight against Joan of Arc. She will be a difficult boss; I highly recommend unlocking the elevator in this section to access the boss room quickly without having to walk through the long section. Beating her will complete the Warrior Tarot Card quest and unlock the Infernal Pyre ability.
