However, you can only do this after you reach level 16 reputation with Master Rahool. The fastest way to make your way to level 16 is to decode Engrams. Alternatively, you can also unlock the Speakers Sight if you complete The Final Shape campaign on the Legendary difficulty. But, this one can be a tough challenge so most players will likely want to settle with the Master Rahool reputation grind instead.
