Destiny Rising Codes [Sep 2025]

In Destiny: Rising, you can get a bunch of in-game rewards just by using some working codes. These are basically your ticket to free stuff, from essential currencies to unique cosmetic items that can seriously level up your gameplay.

Getting these for free helps you progress a lot faster and grab resources you need without as much grinding. Beyond just currency, codes are also a great way to get your hands on valuable upgrade materials like Upgrade Cores and Ascension Cells.

All Working Destiny: Rising Codes

These codes in Destiny: Rising are super important for making your character and gear more powerful, which in turn makes you stronger and more resilient in combat. You might even get your hands on some choice chests, like Mythic Infusion Core Choice Chests or Enhancement Prism Choice Chests, which let you pick out exactly what high-value items you need for your current build.

Codes also often drop cosmetic goodies. You might get random decal bundles that let you customize your in-game look and add your own personal touch to your guardian, at least if you get the best in our hero teir list you’ll do well. Just a heads up, these codes are usually time-sensitive and have a limited number of uses, so it’s a first-come, first-served situation. If a code doesn’t work, it usually means it’s either expired or has hit its redemption limit, which is why you want to be quick when you find one.

Are There Any Expired Codes for Destiny Rising?

Expired codes are pretty common in Destiny Rising, mainly because they have a limited number of redemptions. When these codes were active, they offered a bunch of in-game goodies that could really give your character a nice boost. Here are the expired codes:

  • destriseguns
  • destrisehero
  • desrisingdecal
  • destrisemf
  • destrisestabl
  • desrisingmythic
  • desrisingcore
  • DESTINYRISING2025 (note the difference from the working DESTINYR2025)
  • Destrisedatto
  • Destrisecross
  • Destriseevanf
  • Destrisekaysan

Once a code hit its redemption cap or the expiration date passed, it would just stop working, giving you an “invalid” or “activation limit reached” error message. It was a classic “first-come, first-served” situation, so you had to be quick to claim your free stuff. Even though you can’t use them anymore, the variety of rewards from these old codes really shows how much the developers try to give players extra items to make their Destiny Rising experience even better.

How To Redeem Destiny: Rising Codes

Claiming your free in-game rewards in Destiny: Rising is a super simple process that should take you less than a minute. Whether you’re after some freebies like Lumia Leaves, Upgrade Cores, or cool cosmetic decals, these codes are a great way to give your gameplay a little boost.

There are two main ways to redeem these codes. The most common way is right there in the game itself:

  1. load into Destiny: Rising and head over to the main menu.
  2. You’ll want to find the Settings menu, which usually has a little cog icon.
  3. Look for a section called Other, and you should see a dedicated Redeem button.
    1. It’s usually in the top right corner or clearly labeled for you to input your code.
  4. A pop-up will appear where you can type or paste your code. Just hit Exchange, and your rewards will show up in your inventory right away.

The other option is to use the official Bungie website. Some codes, especially if they came from an outside promotion, have to be redeemed on their website. You’ll just need to go to Bungie’s Redemption Page, log in with your account, and paste the code into the box. The rewards will then be linked to your account and should show up in the game shortly after.

We know some of you play on PC, so you may benefit from using the browser redeemer. Just so you know, these codes are often time-sensitive and can have a limited number of redemptions. If a code doesn’t work, it’s usually because it’s either expired, all the redemptions have been claimed, or it’s not valid in your region.

Where To Find New Destiny: Rising Codes

To get your hands on all the free in-game rewards, the best thing to do is keep an eye on official game channels and trustworthy gaming news sites. These are the most reliable spots for new codes.

First up, you have to join the official Destiny: Rising Discord server. Discord communities often have dedicated channels just for announcements, and that’s where the developers drop new codes. By joining, you get immediate access to the codes as soon as they’re announced, and you can also connect with a great community that’s always sharing codes they’ve found.

You also need to follow the official Destiny: Rising X (formerly Twitter) feed. The devs love using social media to give out promotional codes, especially during special events or collaborations. So, you have to be fast because they have a limited number of redemptions or a short window of availability.

Checking these feeds regularly is the best way to make sure you grab the rewards before they’re gone for good. Also, bookmark this page with Ctrl + D so you can check daily to see if any codes were added to Destiny: Rising.
