However, getting him to come out of the pile of crabs to talk to you is the tricky part of it all. How To Find Crabbert In Enotria The Last Song
You can find Crabbert in Enotria: The Last Song near the Necropolis Waypoint. To reach this area, you will have to go through the Spaventa soldiers on the right side of the Turf of the Coastal Horror waypoint. These soldiers will shoot cannons at you from a distance so be careful. Defeat these soldiers and take the road ahead to reach Necropolis where you can find Crabbert not far from the waypoint.
How To Talk To Crabbert In Enotria The Last Song
To get Crabbert to come out and talk to you, you will need to interact with it while having the Spaventa Army Mask equipped. This mask can be obtained by defeating Spaventa Soldiers and collecting 300 Mask Shards from them. You will need to get this mask if you want to complete the Crabbert Quest in Enotria The Last Song.
When you first find the option to interact and talk with Crabbert, nothing will happen and you will just get a text saying “The sand shifts but nothing happens”. This hints that Crabbert is hiding under the sand but refuses to talk to you at this point. So go back to some of the earlier areas in Falsia Magna and farm Spaventa Soldier until you collect 300 Mask Shards.
To make this process of collecting Shard faster, you can consider using a mask or item that increases your Luck stat like the Apotropaic Amulet. However, this is only required if your luck stat is low to begin with as it doesn’t take that long to gain 300 Mask Shards even with a somewhat lower luck stat. If your luck stat is really low, you should consider a respec of your character.
How To Complete Crabbert Quest In Enotria The Last Song
Once you have the Spaventa Army Mask equipped, you can head to the pile of crabs near the Necropolis waypoint and successfully talk to Crabbert in Enotria The Last Song. Since you have the Spaventa Army Mask on, he will mistake you for its owner or as he calls it; Papa, which will make him come out of the sands below.
But it won’t take much for him to instantly realize that you are in fact not his papa and upon this discovery, he will ask you if you want to be his friend. To continue the Crabbert quest, agree to this option which will make Crabbert happy and he will let you know that he will be waiting at your shelter.
You can now head to Theater of the Masks to find him. Head to the room opposite the grand stage, this room will have sand scattered around it and you will find Crabbert just chilling in a corner. Talk to him here and he will express his joy of seeing you and be inspired to write a little poem for you.
This is as far as the Crabbert quest goes in Enotria: The Last Song, talking to him again and again after this will result in the same dialogue where he asks if you can spare some fish for him but this just seems to be a generic line he says.
