Rings in Remnant 2 are the backbone of any build. As you can equip 4 of them, it creates ample opportunity to mix & match and create builds. If you are trying to make a build focused on self-healing, the Generating Band in Remnant 2 is one of the best rings for it. It also works great for a build that focuses on generating shields.
In this guide below, we will show you exactly how you can get this ring by completing an event in N’Erud, which can only be done once per playthrough of the realm.
How to find the Generating Band in Remnant 2
The Generating Band in Remnant 2 can be found at N’Erud during The Flooded Room event. After this event, the room with the ring will flood entirely with water and you will not be able to obtain it until you reroll the N’Erud realm and trigger the event again.
It is important to know that in the same room, there are three different items which are the Subterfuge Link ring, Insulation Driver amulet, and Generating Band ring. If you attempt to get all three items, you might not reach the Generating Band in time as it is the last item to collect before the room floods entirely.
Since you only get one try at this, it is recommended you only focus on getting the Generating Band to increase your chances of obtaining it even if you lose a lot of time trying to get to it. You should also read the full guide below, before attempting it to understand exactly what you are going to do, rather than reading step after step.
Here is how to get the Generating Band in Remnant 2 during The Flooded Room event:
- Go to the N’Erud realm and explore until you find a Flooded Room. This can spawn in many different areas like Putrid Domain, The Vault of the Formless, Dark Conduit, etc.
- You will know when you find a console that will open a room next to it when you press the button. This room will have multiple openings that look like pipes, with a main one on the ground in the center. This is where the water is going to come in from.
- Once you enter this room, you will be on a timer. So quickly climb your way to the top. Use the crates and other objects around to climb up and use the catwalks to cross to other sides. As you do so, you will find objects and ladders you can climb to keep ascending.
- While ascending you will notice items on the ground with the familiar purple glow. Do not attempt to get those items. These items are in places that require you to stop climbing, which gives the water ample time to catch up to you. If you do that, you won’t have time to get the Generating Band in Remnant 2.
- Keep climbing until you see the third glowing purple item at the end of a catwalk. Go for this one as this is the Generating Band you are looking for.
- From here, you might have time to head back and climb further to get out of the room. But even if you end up dying, you will still have the ring once you respawned.
That is all you need to know on how to get the Generating Band in Remnant 2. With the Generating Band acquired, discovering the Agnosia Driftwood can be your next quest for unique items.
