One of the best uses for Eternal Snowflake is exchanging them in “A Curious Charm” side quest. You can visit the Anxious Singer in Folca and give her 80 Eternal Snowflakes as well as 80 Disast Ores to get the Azurite Splendor.
The Azurite Splendor is an item that boosts one of your Sigils to its ultimate power.
Another way to spend your snowflakes is to trade them in the Knickknack Shack for vouchers. You can later exchange those vouchers to get rare items from the Shop. One snowflake can be traded for a total of four vouchers.
