To invite villagers to your village in Fortnite, you just have to talk to them, but to get to that point takes time. First, you’ll need to create a Village Square. This is the cornerstone of your settlement, crafted with 10 Wood and 8 Granite. It serves as a beacon, attracting potential residents.

Once that’s made, start building extra beds. If you want more villagers, you must ensure you have enough beds for them. When you start to see explorers come, chat with them. These friendly travelers visit your village square at night. Invite them to join your community by striking up a conversation.

You’ll need patience because villagers aren’t always eager to commit. Keep inviting and upgrading your village, and you’ll start getting a lot more coming in.
