You can get Smoke Weaver in Last Epoch from Bazaar, by using Runes of Ascendance, or through Reigns of Dragons. However, be warned that Smoke Weaver is notoriously hard to acquire, so much so that some players are even questioning its existence.
Rest assured, the dagger does exist but as things stand, only a lucky few will get their hands on it. The methods suggested below can be used to stand a chance at gaining this item. However, none of them guarantee that you will get it.
Reigns of Dragons
The best possible way to acquire Smoke Weaver in Last Epoch is by farming it from Reign of Dragons timeline’s echo rewards. These Echo Rewards are used in the game to gain specific items from Echoes in the timeline. You will need to possess a ‘Unique or Set Sword or Dagger’ echo reward. While this doesn’t ensure that you will get Smoke Weaver, at least it narrows down to the item’s category.
Runes of Ascendance
You can get Smoke Weaver in Last Epoch by using your Runes of Ascendance on any dagger. However, this isn’t the best way to acquire this rare item. When you cast Runes of Ascendance on any dagger, there is a 7.69% chance that you will get a Smoke Weaver.

If you are playing online and if you are a member of the Merchant’s Guild, you can get your hands on this rare item by trading. However, it isn’t guaranteed that someone will have this up for trade.
