The Glutton trait in Remnant 2 is a returning candidate from the first game, and it is once again one of the more sought-after traits in the latest Soulslike. Unlocking this trait can be a daunting task, just like many secrets in the game which are not straightforward to uncover.
However, fear not, as this guide will tell you step-by-step how to obtain the trait.
How to obtain the Glutton trait in Remnant 2: Step-by-step guide
Step 1: Reach Losomn and explore the castle
Travel to Losomn using a checkpoint and make your way through the main journey. Once you arrive, you will encounter a huge castle that awaits exploration.
Step 2: Discover the gigantic food table
As you enter the castle and roam around, you’ll stumble upon a gigantic food table. There will be a plump creature seated at the table urging you to eat the rotten food at the table.
Step 3: Trigger the Glutton trait event
Upon interacting with the food on the table, you’ll be prompted to eat it. Doing so will lead you into Ravenous state which will trigger the Glutton trait event.
In the Ravenous state, your healing abilities will be affected, and you won’t heal normally. To keep healing, you must consume the rotting food highlighted in red. Press the interact button to eat the food and that will get the job done.
Alternate method: Unlocking the Remnant 2 Glutton trait in co-op
This method is as disturbing as it is hilarious. If you prefer a co-op approach, you have an alternative method to unlock the Glutton trait. Inspired by the name of the trait, players can get enraged with their gluttony and while playing together with a friend, they can consume them, which will unlock the trait for your character. However. it is important to remember that this will lead to the death of the other player.
