Elden Ring Shadow of the Erdtree opens with a cinematic view of the Scadutree in the distance, and you immediately realize how vast this new DLC map is. While there is a lot to explore in these lands, there is a town just above the cliff from your first Grace site called Prospect Town, but how do you get to it? Here is what I found out after spending hours searching for it.
How to Reach Prospect Town in Elden Ring Shadow of the Erdtree
To reach the town just above the first grace site in the Elden Ring DLC called Prospect Town, head into the big archway in the cliff from Three Path Cross Grace and stick to the left cliff wall, where you will find a narrow path leading to Prospect Town.
This can be tough to find as this area is far from the town itself, and it seems like the path leads to the grand main entrance of the Belurat Tower Settlement, which makes you assume there aren’t any other paths along the road.
Following this narrow path on the cliffside will lead you to the Grace called Cliffroad Terminus, which sits right next to Prospect Town. From here, you can also go further along the road and drop down to the Church of Benediction on the other side of the hill, which sits right above your first grace site.

How to Find Outer God Heirloom in Elden Ring Shadow of the Erdtree
Once you have reached Prospect Town in the Shadow of the Edrtree, you can find the Outer God Heirloom inside a chest that can be found on the topmost structure in Prospect Town. However, Prospect Town is filled with Bloodfiends that will try to stop you, so be warned. Outer God Heirloom increases the Arcane stat by 5.
You can use your horse here and climb the structures following the draped cloths and reach the structure on the top. There will be a group of Bloodfiends protecting it, which can be tough to deal with if you don’t have many Scadutree Blessings, but fortunately, there is a Stake of Marika here for you to respawn close by.
