Glyph Of Insight in Last Epoch is a consumable item that is used to craft and modify belts, boots, and gloves. The Glyph of Insight converts a prefix into an experimental affix and hence, won’t work if the items already possess an experimental affix. You can easily acquire this forging item by using a Rune of Research.
How To Get Glyph of Insight In Last Epoch
To get your hands on Glyph of Insight, you need to use Rune of Research on an Experimental Item. As you do so, you will get a 45% chance of receiving Glyph of Insight as a drop reward.
To unlock Rune of Research, you need to be on at least Level 70 and defeat the Exiled Mages from Rune Prisons. These can be found in almost all echoes of Monoliths of Fate. To increase your chances of encountering Exiled Mage, try looking in Empowered Monoliths and crank up your Corruption level.

How To Use Glyph Of Insight in Last Epoch
The modification mechanism for gloves, belts, and boots works separately. For Gloves, the mechanism depends on Total Affix Tiers while for the Boots, it depends on the Forging Potential. As for the Belts, the experimental affix is based on the Level Requirement.
Once you understand this mechanism, you can visit the Crafting Panel (this can be done by pressing F). Proceed to place the piece of gear in the Forge Window. Select the Glyph of Insight and the forging effect will take place.
