How To Obtain Mushroom Logs In Coral Island
Mushroom Logs are unlocked in your crafting menu when you reach level 6 in Foraging. Once you unlock the recipe, you need the following items:
- 25x Wood
- 10x Compost
One mushroom log occupying a 2×2 space can be placed anywhere on the farm to produce mushrooms. For the log to start cultivating more mushrooms, all you need to do is place or drop one forageable mushroom on top.
You will get one new mushroom every 2 in-game days that can be used to make oil or sold for some passive income in Coral Island.

How Do I Use Mushroom Logs In Coral Island?
To use a Mushroom Log, simply hold the desired type of mushroom in your hotbar (scroll over to it so that the mushroom is in your hands) and use the log as you would with any machine like a Furnace. This will use up the mushroom and you will that log will start producing that certain type of mushroom.
You can make as many logs as you want and even remove the mushroom from the log by selecting the “Take Mushroom” option in the game. Mushrooms can also be great gifts for your romantic interests. For example, Mark loves Shiitake mushrooms.

Keep in mind that the Black and White truffles can only be harvested from grazing Pigs and the Sea Mushroom from diving underwater and picking them up from the ocean floor. You cannot grow these 3 types of mushrooms in the Mushroom logs.
