Like every other game in the world, you will need to progress a lot before you can unlock all of the tools in House Flipper 2. However, each one of them is unique and has a utility that will maximize your profit. As a renovator, you will need to unlock everything in your toolbag to complete the job and you can’t do it with a trash bag and a mop, which is what you start with in the game.
Here’s how you can unlock every tool in House Flipper 2.
Unlocking Tools In House Flipper 2
Unlocking various tools will require you to complete a myriad of different tasks. Most of them are unlocked by completing named quests that we will look at in the upcoming sections. Players start with the basic cleaning tools but to get to the good stuff, you will need to progress in the game.
Let me show you how you can unlock every tool starting with the flipper tool:
Flipper And Other Cleaning Tools
You can unlock the Flipper and other cleaning tools by starting their very first job through the Emails Page. Once you do, these tools will be unlocked in your arsenal. They are nothing fancy, but you will need them to advance and make bigger paychecks.
Vacuum Cleaner
You will need to complete the “Out with the Old” quest by Emma Baker to unlock the Vacuum Tool. A vacuum can help you clean the tight spots in any house and is an addition to your arsenal. You will find this quest available after completing your first few jobs.
Surface Finishes
You can unlock this tool for general use after you finish the “New Walls, New Me” quest. This quest will be given to you by Mark Pescini. This tool lets you install wallpapers and tiles on floors and walls of kitchens and other rooms.
Painting And Wiring Tools
Painting and Wiring tools can help you triple your paycheck. To unlock them, you will need to finish the “Adding a Cafe to My Bookshop” offered by Jane Ouattara. Completing this quest will unlock the Painting tool along with the Wiring tool which can help you connect lights and switches.
Building And Demolishing Tools
After spending a considerable amount of time in the game, you are going to unlock the Building and Demolishing Tools. To do so, you will need to complete David Hoffman’s quest, ” A Floor Plan to Change.” Once you do, you will be able to purchase, renovate, and resell various properties.
Note: Once you acquire these tools, you can upgrade them in the Perks Page.
