Once you install this mod you can play the game, and balaclava will be added to the game under eyewear items. Currently, the Balaclava Addition mod offers you the gear in two colors – Black and Tan.
Note: Once you install this mod, two variants of the O-Frame black glasses—Red lens and Dark lens—will be unavailable to you. If you are playing through this mod in multiplayer mode, even if you are wearing a balaclava, other players will see you wearing an O-Frame black glasses.
