For the Lies of P Dex build, you are prioritizing speed and agility at the cost of HP and damage. Akin to most Soulslike games, Lies of P offers various playstyles and weapons available to players in order to ensure a truly tailor-made experience.

Early on in the game, you are asked to choose between three starter Combat Styles, namely Balanced, Dexterity, and Strength. • You won’t face a lot of difficulty with this class early on and it is perfect for human-sized enemies like the Mad Donkey. That being said, the defensive abilities aren’t that polished with this class. So you will need to learn enemy attack patterns and hit them at their weak spots.

Although you can equip any weapon regardless of your play style, choosing the Dex route will make it cumbersome to wield heavier weapons like greatswords. The light weapons listed below are undoubtedly the top two choices if you go for a Lies of P Dex build:

Wintry Rapier’s Blade with Acidic Crystal Spear Handle

This weapon is light, snappy, and has a huge reach. If you want to maintain a safe distance from enemies, given your lower HP in the Lies of P Dex build, it works like a charm!

Dancer’s Curved Sword Blade with Salamander Dagger Handle

Once again, a weapon with considerable range and quick attacks. Not just this, this weapon’s special attacks make other weapons’ light attacks feel slothful. 

Electric Coil Stick Head with Rapier’s Handle

This weapon is an outlier in this list being a weapon of medium weight. However, it offers very smooth movements when swung at enemies. The shock damage also helps you to kill puppets easily.

Note: Ensure that you’re adapting to different enemies by building new weapons and trying out new weapon combos regularly. Although the ones mentioned above work very well, you can have an easier time by wielding different suitable weapons against certain enemies.

Lies of P Dex Build Legion Arms

The best Legion Arm for the Lies of P Dex build is the Fulminis. The Fulminis also offers an incredible amount of stagger damage and shock damage to your enemies. It also doesn’t take a lot of time for it to charge and it is optimized for mobility which comes in handy throughout the game.

Another good Legion arm is the Puppet String.

Although not a lot of amulets in the game are effective, the Extreme Modification Amulet as well as the Triumvirate Amulet are worthwhile candidates for your Dex build.
