- Once you beat the Fallen Archbishop Andreus boss in the 4th chapter of Lies of P, head straight to the Cathedral Library Stargazer. From there, continue going through the door until you reach the ladder.
- After reaching the top using the ladder, take the first turn to your right and descend the stairs.
- Take the elevator up to the roof and interact with Alidoro.
