Where Is the Mendacious Visage Located In Lords Of The Fallen?
The Mendacious Visage boss can be found in Forsaken Fen in Lords of the Fallen. To get to the boss, take the path going to the right from the Iron Wayfarer towards a village with a bonfire. Then take out your Umbral Lamp and open up an Umbral Rift to travel to the dead world to challenge this boss.

How To Defeat The Mendacious Visage In Lords Of The Fallen?
The Mendacious Visage is typically a melee-attacking boss who can inflict frostbite with its magical spells. It usually opens its face to do frostbite damage and jumps up for AoE attacks. While it is recommended that you use ranged weapons or throwables to deal damage, you can take this monster down quicker if you concentrate on attacking the Mendacious Visage from behind.
You can also ask your friend to help you win this battle through Lords of the Fallen’s multiplayer mode or recruit an NPC for their aid.

Once the Mendacious Visage exposes its core, it shoots out will-o-wisp-like projectiles in your direction. This is your chance to use ranged weapons to attack its vulnerable core and deal heavy damage. You can add poison to your arrows to add this debuff to the boss’s HP.
