Tip: You can keep track of all festivals in Moonlight Peaks by checking your calendar.
Take advantage of these festivals to hand out gifts to the characters you fancy out of them all and buy the exclusive items that are not available for purchase in common and special stores.
The Loveage Festival

Get to the town on Spring 20, Year 1. The cutscene for the festival will automatically trigger in the game. There are key NPCs that you should interact with for the Loveage Festival.
- Luna: Luna sets up a bouquet stand for the festival, excellent for giving gifts to NPCs. Do note that a bouquet is a much better gift than any common item found in a shop. Take this chance to hand out gifts to your admirers.
- Elvira: During the festival, she will have an exclusive item for sale on her special Loveage Shop, so don’t miss out on it. For food, she will have Strawberry Milkshake and Cupcake, and Raspberry Cupcake. But on the other side, she will have plenty of decorative furnishings up for sale.
Elvira Shop Options
Here are all the furnishing exclusive items Elvira will have up for sale during the Loveage Festival. The table contains all the furnishing decoration items along with the cost details.
Besides Furnishing, she will have blueprints: Yoga Mat Blueprint for 250 Coin and Rustic Heart Chair Blueprint for 500 Coin.
- Mina: Talk to her to bring your own dish for the festival. She will have her table set for the Lover’s Banquet; talk to her and hand over the dish you want it to be for everyone to enjoy. Lover’s Banquet will begin on the second day of the Loveage Festival.
- Llemi: Talk to Llemi to deliver your special gift for the secret admirer in the town. If you find any character in the game romanceable, then choose the character while talking to the Love Demon. The Secret Admirer Gift Exchange will take place on the second day.
Tip: Take this opportunity to hand out a gift for Llemi; make sure to hand out the gift Llemi loves or likes; ignore the hated items.
The Moonlight Ball Festival

Once you leave the bed on Summer 20, Year 1, the cutscene will trigger outside the house of Saga talking about the festival. This is one of the perfect opportunities for gift giving, as everyone in the town will be gathered in one place, so take your time and hand out gifts to everyone before the ceremony. Behind Saga, you will see two golden crowns titled Moonlight Crowns; they will be gifted to anyone with the best costume.
Tip: If you don’t like the idea of wearing the crown on your head, you can think about selling it. A single Moonlight Crown will easily fetch 9000 Coins in the market.
Mastersoup Event

Before the festival, you need to complete a minor crafting task. Mina will also have a request on the job board needing four Cooking Stations (Refined Stone x5 + Planks x5). So make sure to craft the four Cooking Stations to complete her task. Once you get to the town on Friday 5, Autumn in Year 1, you will trigger the Mastersoup Event.
After getting into the conversation with Mina, you will compete against Fiona, Alina, and Death. Your job is to prepare a dish from the list provided at the start of the round, but the details of the ingredients will be missing. You must remember all the ingredients to create the dish to win the competition.
The competition will have:
- Starter Round: A soup competition
- Main Service Round: A main dish competition
- Dessert Round: A dessert competition.
Each round, a contestant gets eliminated from the competition; the dessert round will decide who gets to be the winner. All the ingredients are given to you; you don’t have to bring any in your inventory to start the event. If you are having trouble remembering all the recipes, here is the list of recipes with the ingredient details that you will encounter in this competition.
- Starter Round
The first round is all about making soup, so here is a quick breakdown of all the soup-based recipes for this round.
| Soup | Recipe |
| Gazpacho Soup | Blood Tomato + Onion |
| Mushroom Soup | Yellow Glowglammer + Common Mushroom |
| Angry Soup | Lava Pepper + Angry Mandrake + Suffrain Powder |
| Carrot Soup | Carrot + Henbane Powder |
- Main Course Round
Now we move on to the main course; you will need three or four ingredients to create these food recipes. A bit harder to remember than the rest.
| Main Course Dish | Recipe |
| Farmer’s Stew | Blood Tomato + Eggplant |
| Orbis Nigiri | Orbis + Rice |
| Mushroom Stew | Glowglammer + Volacio+ Yellow Glowglammer |
| Blueberry Pancakes | Piggoat Milk + Blueberry + Flour + Egg |
| Breakfast Burger | Fried Egg + Bread + Blood Tomato |
| Margherita Pizza | Blood Tomato + Flour + Cheese |
| Veggie Burrito | Tortilla + Blood Tomato + Rice |
- Dessert Round
Desserts are also made of a two- or three-ingredient recipe; here are the details for recipes you will encounter in the final round.
| Dessert | Recipe |
| Blood Orange Cupcake | Blood Orange + Flour + Honey |
| Ollebrod | Bread + Beer |
| Crimson Pudding | Strawberry+ Raspberry+ Cowcula Milk |
| Red Velvet Cupcake | Flour + Cocoa Powder |
| Raspberry Cupcake | Flour + Raspberry |
| Chocolate Cupcake | Chocolate + Flour |
If the dish is made of the correct ingredients, then you will pass the competition; if you got the ingredients wrong, then you must try again. Mina will walk up to your table to look at the dish, so make sure to remember all the ingredients for the recipes. She will then serve your food to the Cheekens; here, the decision of elimination will begin.
Deciding the Winner for the Mastersoup Event
Four Cheekens will be served four dishes from all four contestants; the winner is determined when the Cheeken eats the dish faster than the other Cheekens. Basically, the tastier dish gets eaten first, and the messier one will take time. The chicken eats the dish quickly; the contestant for the dish is declared the winner.
This goes through Starter Round > Main Dish Round > Dessert Round. Since we start with four contestants, Starter eliminates one, then Main Dish eliminates the third one. Now in Dessert, only two will remain to battle it out.
Winning the competition awards you the Master Soup Trophy as a decoration item and also as an achievement unlock for the game.
Evernight Festival

On Autumn 26, Friday, Year 1, you will get pulled into the Evernight Festival being held in the town. Make sure to have on the spookiest outfit on your character before moving to the festival. Grab Evernight Coins: These are special coins only for the festival that can be obtained by interacting with a candy bucket placed outside homes. Why get these coins? Because we are going to buy a lot of items from the Evernight Shop held by Sabrina.

- Luna: She will have a Twilight Showcase near the pier of Death’s Shack. Pick out your best flower and put it on the stand; if yours are good compared to others, you will be the winner. You must choose six crops to be put on the display for the competition.
Tip: You want to set up high-value items for the victory; items such as Golden Eggs or Diamonds will help you earn the victory. Grabbing the first place here will earn you a whopping x100 Evernight Coins.
- Elvira: Talk to her at Heart Pier about the Jitterbug event. It’s basically a Match-3 puzzle game, where you eliminate blocks of the same type to win points. There is a score system attached to it, so if you are getting good at the game, you will unlock high scores. It’s not just about the number; getting high scores will also reward you with Evernight Coins.
Note: You will get 1 Evernight Coin per 10 points. One of the best ways to grind these coins in the game. If you are good at Candy Crush, you will have no problem stacking points.
- Aras: Evernight Fashion Show is being held on the 27 of Autumn at the Third Eye Threads. Here you are basically tasked to beautify three models by choosing perfect accessories, clothes, and makeup. There is no competition here, so regardless of how you dress the models, you will only get a round of applause for your effort.
- Pumpkin Head: The last event is by Pumpkin Head, named Pumpkin Smash. In this minigame, you must stop and walk based on the position of the statue. When the statue turns towards you, you must stop walking and let go of the movement controls.
- You must move when the statue turns away from you. It’s just like the scene in Squid Game, where the same game takes place, but don’t worry; failure will not result in death. Winning the game requires moving fast towards the Pumpkin Head and stopping at a perfect time. The first to arrive at the Pumpkin Head’s location wins the game.
Winning the Pumpkin Smash will earn you 10 Evernight Coins for first place, 5 coins for second, and lastly a single coin for third. There is a participation award for playing the Pumpkin Smash game: a Pumpkin Beanie.
The event ends with a Banquet, where everyone gathers for a feast. Here, Luna will announce the winner; if you are the winner, you will have 100 Evernight Coins in your pocket.
Winterwake Festival

On Winter 28, Year 1, the Winterwake Festival will soon begin with Fiona inviting you to participate. Here are the key details about the event that you don’t want to miss.
- Mina: Talk to Mina; you will find her next to the Coffee & Coffins shop. Talk to her about the buffet, and you will be able to give food items to make it to the buffet. This is a common ceremonial thing; you will not unlock any fancy reward for putting the item.
- Mr. Deyes: Find him in the Courtyard next to the Webb of Wonders to participate in a Pakkeleg Gift Exchange game. You will participate in the game with 3 other NPCs from the town. The game is simple; it’s about stealing gifts by playing a dice-roll minigame.
Pakkeleg Gift Game Rules
There are two phases to the game: first is Gift Getting, and the second one includes Gift Stealing.
- Gift Getting: At first, you and all three characters will be set next to a pile of gifts. Here, all participants get to roll the dice.
- If you roll a 5 or 6, you will get to keep a gift.
- If the roll lands on 1 to 4, then your turn is over.
- Gift Stealing: After the Gift Getting part of the game is over and everybody has their number of gifts, then stealing will begin. We are going to play the same game, but the rules will be a tad bit different.
- If the dice lands on a 5 or 6, you can steal the gift from anyone at the table.
- Landing a 3 or a 4, nothing will happen.
- Landing on a 1 or 2, you must pass your gift to the person to your left.
This goes on for four rounds; after that, you can get to keep the gifts still standing by your side, as they automatically get added to your inventory.
- Fiona: Talk to Fiona after 9 PM to participate in a Firework show. At exactly 9, if you talk to Fiona, she will ask you whether you want to experience the Firework Display. If you answer yes, then a cutscene will trigger of Fireworks going off.
Note: This one is pretty time-specific; if you don’t talk to Fiona between 9 and 11:59 PM, you will miss out on the entire show.
