Pacific Drive will be released on February 22, 2024. The game will come out on PS5 at 12 AM (local time for all regions) on February 22, 2024, starting with New Zealand and Australia at 11 PM UTC. For PC players, Pacific Drive will be released at 12 AM PST on February 22, 2024.

Is Pacific Drive on PS4?
No, Pacific Drive is not coming to the PS4. The game will be released on Sony’s current generation console. Owing to its cutting-edge graphics and required processing power, it doesn’t seem that the game will ever release on PS4.
Is Pacific Drive on Xbox?
No, Pacific Drive will not be coming to any Xbox console at launch. There is a small chance that the game might get an eventual Xbox port, but no official announcements have been made so far.
Is Pacific Drive on Nintendo Switch?
No, Pacific Drive will not be playable on Nintendo Switch. The game requires a lot of computing power and supports only the current-gen hardware. So, it seems unlikely that the game will ever make its way to the first-gen Switch.
Is Pacific Drive Steam Deck Compatible?
No, Pacific Drive will not be fully verified on Steam Deck at the time of launch. This doesn’t mean that the game won’t be playable on Steam Deck when it releases. Many big games only receive their Steam Deck compatibility certification once they are released, so we will find out if the game is playable on Steam Deck once it launches.

Preorders for Pacific Drive are currently open. Players can preorder the game both digitally and physically. To digitally preorder the game, players can go to the PS Store, Steam Store, or Epic Games Store, based on their platform and preference.

Pacific Drive will be released in three editions: Base, Digital Deluxe, and Physical Deluxe. Base and Digital Deluxe editions will be available to players across both platforms. However, Physical Deluxe edition will be released exclusively for PS5 players.

Pacific Drive Preorder Bonus
There are no preorder bonuses associated with Pacific Drive except for a 10% discount when ordered for PC through Epic Games Store or Steam Store. We wouldn’t, however, call this a preorder bonus as this discount will be available to all buyers on both platforms till February 29, i.e. one week after the game releases.
Is There Pacific Drive Early Access?
No. Pacific Drive will not have an early access period. The full game will be released on February 22 and no one will be able to access the game anytime earlier.
Is Pacific Drive Multiplayer/Co-op?
No, Pacific Drive is not a multiplayer game. Ironwood Studios claims it has developed this game to offer the best possible single-person survival gaming experience. The players will undertake a solo journey to explore and survive in the post-calamity ‘Zone’. The developer currently has no plans to offer a co-op experience in Pacific Drive.
How Long Is Pacific Drive?
According to Ironwood Studios, completing the main story for Pacific Drive should take players about 15 to 20 hours. That is, if you only focus on completing the main narrative related missions. If you decide to 100% the game, it will take you more than 40 hours.
However, since the gameplay is designed to let the players explore the Zone and try to survive as long as possible, the game length can vary greatly for every individual player.
What Controllers Will Pacific Drive Support?
While playing the game on PC, you can use PS5’s Dual Sense Controller or Microsoft’s Xbox Controllers. If playing the game using Steam, you can also use third-party controllers supported by Steam’s built-in controller support. If you are using PS5’s Dual Sense controller on PC, Pacific Drive will support the complete suite of Dual Sense’s features, such as Advanced Haptic.
Will Pacific Drive On PC Support Mods?
No, at the time of release, Pacific Drive will not support any mods. Ironwood Studios says that it is evaluating the subject thoroughly and understands the importance of mods. It also claims that many of the members in the game’s development team have started their journeys as modders.
While the game won’t support mods at the time of release, there is a high possibility that mod support will come to the game in the future.
