Page Turner is a quest in the prologue that I highly recommend you complete, especially if you are growing interested in Anca, who becomes a love interest later on. It’s a pretty short quest but will consume a Time segment, so be aware of that. The quest itself is somewhat of a romantic venture with many choices, which leads to different outcomes in terms of storytelling and affection building towards Anca. Here I will point out all the choices and dialogue interactions in the Page Turner quest in Blood of Dawnwalker.
Latin Book Answers – Page Turner Side Quest
Once you decide to take the Page Turner quest, Anca will start to read a poem, but you can change the direction by making her read a different kind of book. You will get two options:
- Let’s read this poem
- How about this book with a red cover?
We are going to go over both of these options and the choices inside them.
All Choices in Let’s Read This Poem Option

Here we are dealing with two choices regarding the poem, and the questions will be about God and its creation. This is the poem Anca will first insist on reading, so it’s somewhat of a default choice, as you are just agreeing with her reading what she is about to read. This section covers all the choices that come up during the poem reading.
First Choice:
It’s the subject of the sentence- something that “made gods”, as a first thing. Any ideas what it could’ve been?
- Fear? (Answer)
- Boredom?
- Love?
- Man?
Choose Fear as the correct answer.
Second Choice:
Think, then. It’s something that “falls from high heaven”. Any guesses?
- Angels?
- Rain?
- Lightning? (Answer)
- Ash?
Choose Lightning as the correct answer. Anca will then finish the sentence “Fear first made gods in the world, when the lightning fell from high heaven…”
All Choices in How about this book with red cover option

Now we are going an alternative route on this one. Anca will insist on reading the poem, but when you choose this option, Anca will be somewhat hesitant and insist on reading the poem by Petronius. The next set of dialogue exists to convince Anca to read this “forbidden” book instead of going through the poem by Petronius. The next set of choices are all dialogue choices, all to make Anca pick up the red book.
- Sure, if you prefer.
- This Catullus sounds more interesting. (Answer)
Here, insist on reading Catullus, and you will get another choice
- You sound like your prioress. (Answer)
- Nevermind. Let’s do Petronius.
After all the insisting, Anca will pick the book about Catullus. Here you will get a simple dialogue choice for a cheeky reply.
- Thank you for not smacking me. (Answer)
- I’m ready for it.
First Choice:
“Think about the context. ‘You ask me how many hm, hm… of yours is enough, Lesbia,’ what can it be, then?”
- Compliments?
- Caresses?
- Kisses? (Answer)
- Flowers?
Choose kisses, then you can ask for more information about the book or proceed to the next choice.
Second Choice:
“Think. First, Lesbia asks: “How many kisses of mine are enough?. Catullus answers: “As many as there are…hm, hm…in Libya.’ Any guesses? “
- Elephants?
- Days?
- Mountains?
- Grains of Sand? (Answer)
The final line is “As many kisses as there are grains of sand in Libya wouldn’t be enough.”
