As you capture Pals in Palworld and gather a team of the most powerful Pals, you will also be leveling up your own character by adding Stat Points to various skills. But at some point, you are going to reach the max level in Palworld, after which you won’t be able to earn more experience points. This means you need to strategize properly so you can put Stat Points into the skills that you most require.
Palworld Max Level Cap
In Palworld early access, the max level for both your Pals and your character is level 50. You will stop earning experience points once you reach level 50, but any lower-level Pals you have can still be leveled up until they reach level 50.
This might eventually increase up to level 100 after Palworld is out of early access. Palworld also has a system in place where if you catch a Pal who isn’t on the same level as you, then the game will automatically scale them to match your level. This is to ensure that the game is balanced and fair.

How To Quickly Reach Max Level In Palworld
If you are trying to reach Palworld’s max level cap of 50 as quickly as possible, these are the things that will grant you the most experience points:
- Capturing and eliminating Pals in the wild
- Capturing a new species of a Pal that you haven’t captured before
- Capturing 10 different Pals of the same species
- Completing Dungeons
- Defeating Bosses.
Your best bet is to explore as much as possible so you can find newer species of Pals. Once you find a new species, make sure you capture at least 10 of them to get the bonus experience points for it.
