Oddities are a unique, living type of collectible in Where Winds Meet that make your character significantly stronger while also providing some quality of life upgrades. They also count towards 100% completion of a region. You can use oddities to acquire skills from the talent tree, or as the game likes to call it – Melodies of Peace. In this guide, I will go over all the oddity locations in the Millennium Crossing sub-region.
All Oddity Locations in Millennium Crossing
There are three types of oddities present in Millenium Crossing: Terracota Boar, Wicker Ray, and Blackiron Pangolin. A bug-like icon appears on the minimap when you are close to one. You can also use Wind Sense to highlight hidden oddities in the immediate vicinity.
Oddity #1 and #2

From the location shown above, climb onto the roofs and drop down to the other inside the wrecked ships. The oddity is beside Li Yuangui. For the second one, simply turn around and walk straight, and you will see the oddity on the other end of the shipwreck.
Oddity #3

The third one is to the north of the last location, towards the river. As you approach the river, you will see the oddity swimming in the water. The game also provides you with instructions on how to capture this specific oddity if it is your first time encountering it.
Oddity #4

This one is near the Shenze Wayfarer. You will know you are in the right place when you hear Hou Renyi screaming about “life saving water”. The oddity is just sitting in the middle of the road, near a shed and some trees.
Oddity #5

Head northeast from the previous location, until you reach another body of water. At the bank, you will see the oddity – Blackiron Pangolin – jumping in and out of a hole in the ground.
Oddity #6

For the sixth oddity, you need to go to the southernmost portion of Millenium Crossing. If you have been following along until now, the oddity will be on your left after you reach the exact location shown in the image above. But, as a general case, the road here is narrow with grass on each side, and you will see the oddity on the river side.
Oddity #7

This one is pretty close to the last one. Simply walk up to the location shown in the image, and swim into the river. You will soon spot the oddity strolling around in the water.
Oddity #8

Head to the eastern section to the location shown above. Here, you will need to climb up a bunch of rocks and then go straight ahead until you see Blackiron Pangolin’s patent hole in the ground. It is near the dead end of this path.
Oddity #9

Keep heading east from the last location, until you reach an open, grassy meadow. The oddity will be exactly at the point in the image, near a huge rock.
Oddity #10

In the same grassy meadow, simply head down until you reach the river and to location shown above. The final oddity is sitting there, enjoying the view.
