EA Sports WRC, the upcoming new WRC game from EA Sports and Codemasters, is set to release on November 3, 2023. This leak comes from the credible gaming insider and leaker, Billbil-kun. They have also confirmed that this new game, previously rumored to be titled ‘WRC 23’ will now be called EA Sports WRC.
The game was initially supposed to be released on July 28, 2023, however, the release window was pushed by EA Sports earlier in July. At the time, Billbil-kun had predicted that the game would be released before November 1, 2023.
EA Sports WRC release date
EA Sports WRC is said to be released on November 3, 2023, for purchasers of the Standard edition of the game. However, players who opt for the Champions Edition of the game, as well as the EA Play subscribers will be able to play the game from October 31, 2023, as part of the 3-day early access. EA Play subscribers will also be able to gain access to a 10-hour game trial after the early access release.
EA Sports WRC price explored
According to Billbil-kun, the PC variant of EA Sports WRC is set to feature an astonishingly low price tag of $49.99 in the United States, €49.99 in Europe, and £44.99 in Great Britain. They haven’t disclosed which edition of the game will be priced so low, however, it’s a safe bet that this price denotes the cost of the Standard Edition for the PC variant.
Initially, the leaker had predicted the price of this title to be $69.99 for the console versions of the game. While there is no official announcement about the prices for this game, the leakster reckons the console versions will cost more, around the previously speculated $69.99 mark.
The leaker claims to have seen the cover for the upcoming game. While they were unable to publish the cover art owing to legal reasons, they claim that the cover of EA Sports WRC features a Ford Puma Rally1 M-Sport car on a snow-covered racing track at the Rally Sweden 2023 event.
EA Sports WRC is speculated to be released on November 3, 2023, for PC, PS5, and Xbox Series X|S.
