While most Genshin Impact lovers are patiently waiting for the game’s 4.2 release and can’t wait to explore the newly added Fontaine region to Teyvat’s vast map, rumors have already started going around about the 5-star character we can expect in Genshin Impact 4.5.
According to some leakers, Sigewinne is allegedly a 5-star character whose banner is likely to be featured with the new 4.5 update of the game. The devs had not confirmed Sigewinne’s rank when introducing her in 4.0. But now, since she is about to be a playable character in Genshin Impact, the true ranking of this Hydro Melusine is the current buzz in the community.

Sigewinne Is Rumored To Be A 5 Star Character
According to famous leaker Uncle Y, rumor has it that the character Sigewinne will be the highlight of the Genshin Impact 4.5 Update and her banner is likely to be a 5 Star. This comes as a real shocker to most Genshin players as these were the same leakers that confirmed Chiori to be the 5 Star instead.
Now it seems Chiori will be the supporting 4 Star, in the Sigewinne 5 Star banner for this epic Hydro character. This change could be due to the surge of positive remarks Sigewinne got from just her casual appearance in the Fontaine Archon quests.
Genshin Impact 4.5 can be expected to go live on March 13, 2024, but her banner might take longer than that. The same goes for Chiori’s banner as well. Their banners might be released anywhere between March 13 to April 3, 2024.
Keep in mind, that all of this is very early information provided by leakers and cannot be confirmed until an official announcement has been released. So, indulge in these spoilers at your own risk.
Who Is Sigewinne In Genshin Impact?
Sigewinne was first introduced in Genshin Impact’s 4.0 update as a Melusine residing in Fontaine. Melusines are said to be an all-female species in Fontaine, who are referred to as daughters of Elynas, the great beast.
Sigewinne is a Hydro element wielder and the head nurse of Fortress of Meropide’s Infirmary. Her main weapon of choice is said to be a bow, which can be upgraded to 5 Stars while you can also use add-ons to increase her attack and crit damage in the game. She has a very cute doll-like appearance, similar to Klee, making her one of the current fan favorites.
Genshin Impact 4.3 to 4.7 Updates
Other than Sigewinne’s 5 Star leaks for the Genshin Impact 4.5 update, some of the other updates include:
- 4.3 Update: This might include Navia, the Geo-Elemental president of the Spina di Rosula Fontaine Organization.
- 4.4 Update: This might include Cloud Retainer, the Adeptus from Liyue.
- 4.5 Update: This might include Sigewinne and Chiori.
- 4.6 Update: This might include Arlecchino, aka The Knave, the fourth of the Eleven Fatui Harbingers. She is said to be a Pyro wielder.
- 4.7 Update: This might include Clorinde, a Champion Duelist from Fontaine who has Electro powers.
Whether these leaks are confirmed to be true or turn out to be just passing rumors, only time can determine that. Till then we just have to wait and watch out for the devs’ announcements.
