A key aspect of making your way through the Armored Core 6 world is to get your hands on valuable parts that would go into your mech build. Although you get quite a lot of them at the beginning of the game itself, there are various hidden chests on Rubicon 3 that add significant upgrades to your mech builds.
To make your search easier, you need to use the ‘Scanning’ ability equipped in the head of your mech build. However, you can go searching through the areas to find the hidden part containers. So now that you have sorted out how to approach the search, let us check out the Armored Core 6 hidden parts locations.
Where to find Armored Core 6 hidden parts
Hidden parts in this game are not available until the start of Chapter 2 or Mission 12. Here is a list of all the secret chests that will provide you with the hidden parts in Armored Core 6 from the beginning of Chapter 2 and onwards.
Chapter 2 Mission 12: Infiltrate Grid 086
- HC-3000 WRECKER (HEAD): Found in the main building after you go down through the torn-up hole and head to the back corner of the room.
- CC-3000 WRECKER (CORE): Continuing in the same section, you will reach a room with two levels where you have to fight off some enemies and cross a smelting furnace leading to another room. Here, you will find the chest right at the lower level.
- AC-3000 WRECKER (ARMS): Heading back to the melting furnace, you will find a pipe in front of the pipe that’s pouring the melt, which will eventually lead you to a room. At the end of this room, you will discover the chest.
- 2C-3000 WRECKER (LEGS): You can find this part container being protected by enemies during the ‘Annihilate enemy MT squad’ objective when you head down through a slope.

Chapter 3 Mission 18: Tunnel Sabotage
- IA-C01W1: NEBULA (Plasma Rifle): After entering the tunnel and going past the waypoint, you will come across a PCA squad in a chamber to your left inside the long cavern. You have to reach the sniper’s position to get your hands on the part container.
Chapter 3 Mission 19: Survey the Uninhabited Floating City
- IA-CO1G: AORTA (Generator): When heading to shut down the second fog device, you come across a cylindrical building before it. Above this building is a container that contains some Armored Core 6 parts.
Chapter 3 Mission 24: Eliminate “Honest” Brute
- WB-0010 DOUBLE TROUBLE (Chainsaw): When coming across the platform filled with laser sensors set up by Brute, you will find the chest just where you land.
- BC-0600 12345 (Booster): The long platform found opposite the turntable is where you find the hidden part container.
- WB-0000 BAD COOK (Flamethrower): Once you enter the room filled with red lasers after having crossed the green forcefield, you will find the hidden container to your right.
Chapter 4 Mission 28: Underground Exploration – Depth 1
- IA-C01L: EPHEMERA (Legs): When going through the shaft and entering through the shutters that close halfway, you will enter a room to the side of the shaft where you discover the part container.

- IA-C01A: EPHEMERA (Arms): A container full of Armored Core 6 hidden parts can be found at the top after taking the jump pad, which you can reach once you have exited the tunnel and arrived at the ventilation shaft.
- IA-C01B: GILLS (Booster): Once you have defeated G5 Iguazu, you have to head down the depth where you will come across a blue laser-shooting enemy whom you have to follow till it goes behind a door. The room to the right of the shutter door is where you will find the part container.

Chapter 4 Mission 33: Unknown Territory Survey
- IA-C01H: EPHEMERA (Head) – This container is found to your left when you are passing through the tunnels while following the objective. Open it to find some Armored Core 6 hidden parts.
