The chest in House of Enlightened will reward you with some medical supplies, philosophy books, and a shiny new Settler Poncho outfit. If worn, this outfit will increase the player’s health by 10.
The House of Enlightened chest will be located to the left of the center area of the building.

Raised Universal
The description reads “You grew up as a member of the Sanctum Universum. You gain access to a special chest full of items in the Sanctum Universum in New Atlantis, but lose access to the House of the Enlightened Chest.” Meaning you can do the same with the Sanctum Universum in New Atlantis.
The chest in Sanctum Universum will reward you with some consumables, books, and the Neocity Urbanwear outfit. If worn, this outfit will increase the player’s oxygen recovery by 5%.
The Sanctum Universum chest will be located on the outer wall of the building’s office.
Raised Enlightened vs Raised Universal: Which Starfield Trait is Better?
If you are aiming for a health increase, the Raised Enlightened trait would be the best fit but if you’re struggling to conserve oxygen you might want to invest in the Raised Universal trait and get the Neocity Urbanwear for that extra 5%.
The better option among these two traits would be Raised Universal because oxygen recovery during the early game is crucial for survival.
How to Remove Religious Traits in Starfield?
If you want to remove the Raised Universal trait, all you have to do is head to Keeper Aquilus and talk to him. Likewise, if want to remove the Raised Enlightened trait, talking to Andy Singh will do the trick.
Keeping the hoarders in mind, Starfield also provides an opportunity to remove and then swap the traits once you have acquired the outfits.
