Scattered throughout the open-world map of Wuthering Waves, you will find many locked chests that can only be opened if you solve the puzzle mechanisms keeping them locked. Amongst these puzzles is the Magnetic Cube puzzle, which lies right at the end of the path from Corroded Ruins.
So, if you’re struggling to solve this particular puzzle and want some guidance, you’ve come to the right place.
How Do I Solve Magnetic Cube Puzzle In Wuthering Waves?
To solve the magnetic cube puzzle in Wuthering Waves you need to hit the cube in an anti-clockwise direction until it reaches the blue glowing tile in the middle. The cube can only go in the direction indicated by the glowing yellow arrow on the tile below. So, you need to observe and push the cube to allow it to go to the other tile without moving backward.
Here are the steps to solving this puzzle:
- First, go to the first tile where the cube is and hit the cube from the opposite side of the forward glowing arrow.
- Go to the next tile and hit it from the opposite side of the forward glowing arrow.
- Repeat this process until you reach the very middle, and the cube hits the blue tile and unlocks the chest.
- Keep in mind that the cube needs to be transported from one tile to another in an anti-clockwise spiral starting from the outer tile, all the way to the inner blue tile.
Once you have the chest unlocked, you can loot the contents to get Union Exp, Astrite for gacha, Shell Credits, and some leveling-up resources in the game. You can also claim five Astrite for the “One Way Road Ahead” trophy that you’d get for solving this magnetic cube puzzle.
