Assassin’s Creed: Black Flag Resynced is one of the most anticipated titles of this year. Following Edward Kenway’s journey with a new lens, this game also adds new mechanics in the game that the original did not have. In this guide, I will take you through completing an achievement using one such mechanic, the Friend To All achievement trophy.
How To Complete Friend To All in Black Flag Resynced
You must find and interact with eight different animals across the Caribbean in order to get this achievement. Almost every animal can be found in various regions you explore, but we have listed the locations you are bound to find them in below. In each case, I have listed 2 sets of coordinates. While the description for each focuses on the 1st set, if by some chance you don’t come across the said animal there, you can go have a look at the alternate coordinates.
#1. Turtle
Coordinates: 148, 578 / 584, 807
Turtles are generally easy to find since they are mostly seen around beaches. As a regular sailor, beaches are one of your most visited spots. However, if you can’t find them, head to Cape Bonavista and to the coordinates shown above. Here, you will find a turtle having a nice stroll along the coast. Walk up and interact to feed it and add it to your ‘collection’.
#2. Chicken
Coordinates: 217, 584 / 617, 167
All farm animals are spread across populated towns like Havana, Kingston, Nassau, etc. in the game. In our case, will head to Havana. In the exact coordinates shown above, you will a couple of chickens near a tall tree. You might need to walk back and forth to get the ‘Feed’ prompt to show up sometimes.
#3. Parrot
Coordinates: 215, 579 / 211, 586
Still staying in Havana, head to the coordinates shown, under the “Whiskey Extra Special Brand” banner. Once inside, you will find people dancing and celebrating(?), turn right and walk ahead to spot the parrot inside a cage. He is the happiest out of all the animals to get fed by Edward.
#4. Cat
Coordinates: 710, 669 / 617, 167
If you ever played the original Black Flag, these coordinates might throw you off. That is because this is a new location added in the Resynced version literally called Cat Island. Yep, that’s right.. an island full of cats. Sounds like heaven, right? But the name doesn’t necessarily reflect the reality of the island. In fact, the primary habitats here are monkeys. Anyways, at these coordinates there will be an orange cat roaming around the loading bay.
#5. Dog
Coordinates: 609, 163
These are the coordinates for the graveyard in Kingston. Here, you will always find a black dog sitting near a grave under a giant tree. He is there no matter the time of the day, weather, or chaos. Good boy. If this location is too sad or tragic for you, dogs can also be found around dock areas in populated locations.
#6. Pig
Coordinates: 621, 164
Like I said before, all farm animals can be found in residential towns. While you are in Kingston, the above coordinates will lead you to a pig pen, where you can find a couple of pigs to interact with and feed.
#7. Cow
Coordinates: 627, 126
Not far from the last location, you will find a pair of cows inside a barn yard. This is not the only location where you can find cows in Kingston, it is just the one where we know you will find one for sure.
#8. Monkey
Coordinates: 820, 442
For our last animal, we will head to the Great Inagua. At the coordinates shown above, you will find a monkey perched comfortably on a wooden crate, fairly close to the docks.
And with that, you should get the ‘Friend to All’ trophy/achievement unlocked in AC Black Flag Resynced.
