Default outfits can be fun, but they do get boring sooner than you think. Game developers are aware of this problem, and they do address this issue by giving the player the option to make changes to every part of their character. This allows you to freely express your character in your own way. Graveyard Keeper 2 offers a good amount of customization options to make your character look different than before. In this guide, I will go a step further and show you how to customize your character in Graveyard Keeper 2, plus ways to unlock even more options.
How to Customize Your Character in Graveyard Keeper 2?
Interact with the Dresser with Mirror in your house, and you will get the customization screen. Let’s take a look at what you can do in the Customization screen.
- Hairstyle: Here you have 15 different hairstyle options to match your character to your desire.
- Beard: Surprisingly, it also has 15 different beard styles to go with the hairstyle.
- Hair Color: You are allowed to pick between 5 different Hair Colors.
- Clothes: 7 different clothes can be equipped on your character.
- Cloth Color: Basically, you are getting three different options to change various aspects of the cloth.
While you start with 7 different clothes, you can get more by completing quests. Completing specific quests will reward you with a new cloth that will automatically appear in your inventory. There are no options that allow you to buy outfits; they can be obtained from quests. You will find outfits for farmers, pilgrims, alchemists, monks, and more. With this, you can finally have a different costume when doing alchemy, and a different one when fishing!
If you are not liking the default lineup for beads or clothes, you can certainly make more by adding a mod to the game. The mod “Pimp My Keeper – Extra Hair Beard and Clothing Colors” allows you to have extra hair, beard, and clothing colors to make yourself really stand out in the world.
How to Build a Dresser with a Mirror
You first need to craft a Dresser with Mirror; you can get the blueprint for the item under Building in the Tech Tree. The Concept of Wood > Woodworking 1 > Suit Up! You will find the Dresser with Mirror Blueprint under Suit Up! tech.
Dresser with Mirror requires 4x Wooden Planks, 2x Bronze Details, and 2x Glasses. You can get Wooden Planks from boards at the Woodworking Bench; Bronze can be made from Bronze Ingots at the Anvil; and lastly, mixing Fuel and Sand at the Furnace will help you create Glass. If you don’t see Bronze or Glass crafting, then head over to the Metallurgy section in the tech tree and unlock Bronze Works and Glass.
