Silver Pines – Sheriff’s Office Code & Keys Locations

When you get to the Silver Pines Sheriff’s Department located on the east side of the map, the front door of the department is locked with a special code. The game is not going to give the code away easily; you must go through some hurdles before getting your hands on the key. Worry not, you don’t have to go too far or venture into the other side of the map; all the information to get the code is located around the Sheriff’s Department.

In this guide, I will show how to get the code to open the front door to the Silver Pines Sheriff’s Department. I will also give you all the keys found inside the Sheriff’s Department, including the details of their location and what exactly the key unlocks in Silver Pines.

How to get the code for Silver Pines Sheriff’s Office

We will get the code from a functioning radio by tuning to the frequency 86.6 and setting the modes to red on the first three lights. This radio is inside a blue Truck parked in the Tunnel of the Silver Pines Sheriff’s Department.

• Photo of Broken Radio: Go to the parking area west of the Silver Pines Sheriff’s Department. Here, interact with the cop car and take a photo of the radio found inside. The spot is marked A on the image above.
• Getting the Password: Now head over to the Truck located in the tunnel, northeast of the Silver Pines Sheriff’s Department, marked B on the image. Inside the Tunnel, you will find a blue truck; interact with the truck to tune the radio inside. Now our job is to tune the radio to the same frequency as the broken radio we found inside the cop car. Here we must tune two things.:
  • Frequency: If you look at the photo, the radio will be tuned to the frequency 86.6 MHz. Now just set the same frequency on the Radio inside the truck.
  • Mode: Here we want the first three mode lights to turn red. The mode has five lights; the truck will have the last two lights turned red. Fix the modes by turning only the first three lights red, just like it shows in the picture.

Transmission will begin, and the man on the other side will give you the code to get inside the front door of the Silver Pines Sheriff’s Department: 1 – 7 – 1 -5. Now head over to the front door of the Sheriff’s Department, marked C on the image, and add the code to open it.
