Gray Zone Warfare 0.5 introduces four new gun camos that can’t be bought; you must manually head out into the world and grab them to unlock them in your game. The location details for each one will be different; you must search every nook and cranny to find the Range & Rifle magazine hidden on the map. Only after picking it up can you take it to the vendor to open it. One thing that will be common between all four camos: they are not going to be cheap.
In this guide, I will show where exactly to begin your search to grab the G3 Zero Hour camo in Gray Zone Warfare. Getting to the area will be a bit trickier, so I will highlight the route to begin your search for the camo location.
Unlocking the G3 Zero Hour in Gray Zone Warfare 0.5
You unlock Gray Zone after completing the side task Chameleon – G3 (ZH). The task is straightforward and simple; we must retrieve the G3 Zero Hour Magazine from a specific spot on the map and deliver it to Artisan. She will then read the magazine and extend her weapon selection by offering us the G3 Zero Hour Camo.
First, head to Northern Breach, now stick closer to the red-marked area; our goal is to head to the Decontamination section of the map, as marked in the image above. To make things simpler without dealing with too much trouble, I will advise you to land in the Hotel 4 area, located a bit northeast of the Decontamination spot in the Bridge Checkpoint. From Hotel 4, you can follow the river to lead you to the Bridge Checkpoint; here, just head down a bit south to find the Decontamination section.
Tip: When you are following the river route, you will come across barbed wire blocking your path; here just climb up the rocks to the right to avoid getting caught in the wire.
Once in the Decontamination section, stick to the left side or west side of the section. Upon looking around, you will find a tent with a yellow plastic sheet over it; don’t go inside. Instead, take the tent on its right, behind small concrete walls. You will find the G3 Zero Hour camo lying right on the desk. Head back to Artisan and hand it over to her, and you can get the camo for $45,800k.
Note: If you do manage to get yourself killed in the spot, then you must complete other tasks in the area before the item can spawn back in the same spot.
