Only some of the bag upgrades are hidden in the Lost Woods, which is a maze that can leave anyone lost in its zone. Here, having directions helps a lot in figuring out the proper location for the items. Bigger implies a small upgrade compared to the world Biggest, which raises the bag limit to the max.
Bag Upgrade #1 | Bigger Deku-Seed and Biggest Deku-Seed Bag

Bigger Deku-Seed Bag
Head to the Shooting Gallery minigame in the middle of Hyrule Castle Town and get a score of 10 to get the Bigger Deku-Seed Bag. For the Shooting Gallery, you get 15 shots to break 10 targets. Each round will cost 10 rupees, so make sure to complete it before you run out of rupees. Now just use the slingshot to destroy all the 10/10 targets shown on the screen. Once you destroy all 10, you will get a Deku-seed bag. With the upgraded Bigger Deku-Seed Bag, you will get to carry 40 Deku seeds in the pouch.
Biggest Deku-Seed Bag

The second Biggest Deku-Seed Bag is obtained in the Lost Woods. From the entrance of the Lost Woods, head to the right tunnel, and you will find a target board hanging off a tree. Hit the board three times with your slight shot to spawn a creature on its left, and you will get the Biggest Deku-Seed Bag as a reward.
Bag Upgrade #2 | Bigger Deku-Nut and Biggest Deku-Nut Bag

Head on over to Lost Woods, found north of Kokiri Forest. This area acts as a maze with multiple routes leading to different places. Here, we must follow a specific path to find both upgrades in the area.
Requirement: Before you head onto the quest area, make sure to complete the Happy Mask Shopkeeper quest in Hyrule Castle Town. Completing the entire quest will reward you with the Mask of Truth. Head into the Lost Woods while having the Mask of Truth equipped. Once you are in the Lost Woods, you will see a route on the left, right, and ahead. Follow the directions mentioned below to get to the right place:
Bigger Deku Nut Bag

From the Lost Woods entrance, follow the directions: Right > Left > Right > Left > Left.
You will end up in a pretty large area with secrets hiding in plain sight. There is a hidden hole on the ground covered with vegetation ahead, marked on the image above. Inside the hole, you will find creatures terrified of the mask on your face; talk to the large creature on the right to get the Bigger Deku Nut Bag.
Biggest Deku-Nut Bag

Now leave the hole; take the tunnel ahead- the same tunnel we used to come to this place earlier. Now turn left; ignore the breakable rock on the right- this one only gives you rupees. Take another tunnel on the left to find another breakable rock on the wall. Use the bomb to blow it up to reveal a hole in the ground. Inside, you will find two monsters. Just shoot them with your boomerang, and they will give up. Talk to the creature on the left to get the Biggest Deku-Nut Bag for 40 rupees.
Bag Upgrade #3 | Bigger Deku-Stick and Biggest Deku-Stick Bag

We are heading into the Lost Woods, the same area we travelled to get the Deku-Nut bags. This time, things will be a bit different; instead of wearing the Mask of Truth, we will be putting on the Skull Mask.
Skull Mask Location: Talk to the shopkeeper at the Happy Mask Shop in the Castle Town to get the Skull Mask for 20 rupees. The Skull Mask unlocks after getting the Keaton Mask.
Wearing the mask, head to the Lost Woods. Now follow the specific route to find the monster for the Bigger Deku-Stick Bag:
Bigger Deku-Stick Bag

From the Lost Woods entrance, head left, and you will be in the zone with the Skull Kid; ignore him, take another left. Now head straight, climb on the ledges to find the creature on the right. Use your slightshot against the creature to surrender. Now you can buy the Bigger Deku-Stick Bag for 40 Rupees.
Biggest Deku- Stick Bag

Head to the entrance of the Lost Woods; the route here is exactly the same as the Biggest Deku-Nut Bag location. Starting from the entrance, follow the directions: Right > Left > Right > Left > Left. Then head down the same tunnel ahead to arrive at the hidden area just as before.
The only thing that will be different is the type of mask we have on our face; here, talk to the creature to get the Biggest Deku-Stick Bag as a reward. Seeing the Skull Mask will make everyone dance in the area; soon you will be able to get the bag upgrade from the creature on the right.
Bag Upgrade #4 | Biggest Bomb and Bigger Bomb Bag
Both bomb pouch upgrades are found separately, so follow the guide to get to both bomb pouch upgrades. Here we will get the Biggest Bomb bag first, then the Bigger variant.
Biggest Bomb Bag

Get to the Bombchu minigame, marked on the spot in Hyrule Castle Town. Each play will cost you 10 Rupees; put the money in to play the minigame. You need to complete Dodongo’s Caverns to unlock this minigame in the game. The goal here is simple; all you have to do is release the bombchu, which acts as a submarine missile to destroy the targets. Your targets are the yellow spots on the target wall; sending a precise bombchu at the target will blow up the wall, completing the minigame.
Make sure to pay attention to the angle, and adjust it carefully so you don’t waste bombchus in the minigame. Completing it for the first time awards you Bombchu. Continuing to play the minigame one more time will award you the Biggest Bomb Bag.
Bigger Bomb Bag

You need to stop a rolling Goron at Goron City by using a bomb on the floor, just like how we unlocked the route to the Fire Temple. This one needs to be a bit specific; while you will see the Goron rolling in a circle, make sure to put the bomb on the specific part of the area, as marked on the image above. Stopping the rolling Goron at that spot will award you the Bigger Bomb Bag.
Bag Upgrade #5 | Adult Wallet and Giant’s Wallet

Talk to the Cursed Rich Man in the Skulltula House in Kakariko Village after obtaining 10 Gold Skulltula Tokens; you will get the Adult Wallet. Finding 30 Gold Skulltula Tokens unlocks the Giant’s Wallet. Normally, the game has around 100 Gold Skulltula across its world, so you will eventually come across them to complete the wallet upgrade. You will find 5 Gold Skulltulas in the Forest Temple.
Bag Upgrade #6 | Bigger Quiver and Biggest Quiver Bag

Both upgrades are tied to a scoring system for a minigame, available in two different locations in the game.
Bigger Quiver
Just like the very first one, we must complete a target shooting minigame in Kakariko Village. This time, instead of using a slingshot, we must use the bow to shoot down the target to get the Biggest Quiver as a reward. Unlike the shooting gallery with a slingshot, this one will be quite difficult, so make sure to aim your bow properly to shoot down 10/10 targets for the item.
Biggest Quiver

The very last upgrade for the quiver is tied to another minigame at the Gerudo Fortress, marked on the location above. This one will be quite difficult, as you must shoot at the targets while riding your horse. At the end of the minigame, you must score 1400 to get the sweet prize, Biggest Quiver Upgrade, as a reward for completion.
