The abilities and methods that distinguish the most skilled pirates from the novices are shrouded in many secrets in the One Piece world. One such method is the Haki, a power that grants users a variety of amazing accomplishments like precognitive capabilities and even a powerful will that outweighs other people’s willpower. 13. Donquixote Doflamingo

For more than ten years, Doflamingo controlled Dressrosa in an oppressive manner. He tortured Rebecca’s family and killed his own brother and father, committing patricide and fratricide. He is utterly beyond redemption because he also somehow contributed to the agony of Wano’s people. He is one of the rare people who is able to use all three varieties of Haki.

With the Ito Ito no Mi, Doflamingo can make and work with string. He can also combine it with his Haki. He was able to cut through the marine Smoker, a Logia user, because of this. He had the ability to fortify himself to the point where he could withstand Luffy’s Jet Gatling. His own Haki-improved punch was powerful enough to hurt Luffy and knock him to the ground.

12. Boa Hancock

Her mastery of Busoshoku Haki is just one of the many outstanding skills that Boa Hancock possesses. Due to Hancock’s employment of Mero Mero no Mi and Haki, she is a very challenging opponent to defeat and is not a one-trick pony.

Her talents were fully on display during her fight with Smoker in Chapter 559. Smoker is a challenging foe to fight because of his Logia skill. It probably wouldn’t have been enough to rely solely on the Devil Fruit power. He normally has impenetrable barriers, but Boa is able to get through them with the aid of her Busoshoku Haki.

11. Roronoa Zoro

8. Silvers Rayleigh

Like many adept Haki users, Kaido employs Busoshoku to fortify his weapon (his enormous kanabo) and boost the power of his attacks. He can use his kanabo and Emission to project his Haki, which he may use to deliver a severe shock to adversaries while they are far away.

Numerous Busoshoku users that Kaido has defeated attest to his superiority in the art. This was demonstrated when Kaido was able to deflect and harm Luffy, who had managed to coat both of his arms, right during their very first encounter.
