Though later than usual, the spoilers for One Piece Chapter 1108 are out. The climax of Egghead Arc is reaching a new phase. After reading the spoilers, I am certain they are accurate since they are coming from the reliable leaker @pewpiece leaker (on X).
Here is what will be taking place in the upcoming One Piece chapter.
One Piece Chapter 1108 Will See Saturn Taking A New Form
The spoilers for One Piece Chapter 1108 start by revealing the title of the chapter, “World, Please Respond”. This is a foreshadowing for what will be featured at the end of the chapter.
As per the spoilers, the Chapter 1108 cover page will feature the female cast of One Piece, including Nami, Robin, Hancock, and many others enjoying a drink.

The spoilers further show Caribou requesting a meeting with Teach by telling the Blackbeard pirates that he possesses some valuable information. Moving forward, the chapter will be seeing the newly arrived Giants Pirates helping Franky and the others from the Marines.
The spoilers then reveal a perspective change yet again. Dr. Vegapunk is seen insisting that Luffy and Sanji should leave without him but also asking to protect Bonney.
Moving forward, as I had predicted, we are indeed going to see Saturn return to fight Luffy and Sanji, but he has come up with a “new form”. However, it is not yet revealed what this new form is about. We can expect the new form to be seen once the raw scans are out.
The spoilers then see Saturn attacking Luffy, Sanji, and Vegapunk, which also gives Kizaru an opening to inflict more damage on Dr. Vegapunk. However, before we can see Dr. Vegapunk possibly die from this wound (as he had mentioned a single attack could kill him), Luffy interferes and stops Kizaru and Saturn at the same time. This allows Sanji to make an escape with Dr. Vegapunk.
With this, One Piece Chapter 1108 will come to an end revealing that Dr. Vegapunk has a message that is addressed to the whole world.
