The fourth installment of the Uncharted series explores what happens when Nathan Drake’s Indiana-Jones-style zeal for life goes against his adult responsibilities. Uncharted 4 is that coming-of-age story that brings out Nathan’s true motivation for what keeps him going and how he manages to make decisions that last a lifetime.
It manages to consider all of this while balancing delicate relationship dynamics with absurdly entertaining action scenes and gorgeous scenery ready for exploration and plunder. Despite its somewhat drawn-out final act, uncharted 4 is still one of the greatest action-adventure games of all time and one of the greatest PlayStation 4 titles ever.
